Welcome to Chute Ten Twenty Two! Our gorgeous, newly constructed 2 bedroom 2.5 bath ski-themed chalet Just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg with views of Ober Mountain! We are also just 20 minutes to Dollywood.

We offer must-have amenities including high speed internet, in cabin laundry, game consoles, air hockey table, fireplace, jacuzzi with TVs in every room! Complementary YouTube TV subscription with 85+ of the most popular cable channels powered by Roku.

Main Floor:

The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. You will get a unique door code the day before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.

Airport: McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is a 1 hour drive to our cabin and is the recommended airport to fly into if you’re coming to the Smokies.

Roads: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. Although snow here is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service is spotty in the mountains, we highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost.

Parking: Park immediately in front of the cabin. Parking is available for 3 cars.

Age: All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

Occupancy: 8 Person Maximum, including children and infants.

Security Camera: There are security cameras on the front of the cabin in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wi-Fi, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.

The Autel MaxiCharger Home 50A AC EV Charger offers adjustable charging up to 50 Amps and includes a 25ft long Universal (J1772) Charging Cable. If you're a Tesla owner, plan to bring your own J1772 to Telsa adapter to charge your car.

Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.

Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

Hot Tub: Our tub will accommodate 5 people. Alcohol and glassware are NOT allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Do not dive headfirst into the hot tub. You must supervise children under the age of 18 using the hot tub that use the hot tub. Our housekeeper drains, cleans and refills the hot tub before your stay; therefore, it may not be warm when you arrive.

Outdoor Grill: A large park style charcoal grill is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please clean out the grill after use into the bucket provided.

Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the bearproof trash containers next to the driveway. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups. If needed, there is a trash drop-off convenience center at Ski Mountain Road & Heiden Rd.

Critters: We subscribe to monthly pest control, however this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears and snakes. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers. Don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including on the grill nor in your car.

Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family.

Check In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in nor late check-out. We do not allow check-ins nor check-outs on holidays.

We provide a starter pack consisting of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Complementary coffee, creamer and sugars are also provided however you many chose to bring extras.. Shampoo and other toiletries, condiments, zip lock bags, and charcoal are NOT provided.
