Hot tub: Shower first please. Replace cover immediately after use
Dogs: Must must also be added to your reservation when booking and there is $75 pet fee
Please do not leave any trash outside. It draws wildlife to the the property, ie javelinas, skunks, raccoons

Another great stay

This was our second stay at the property and as usual it was absolutely perfect. The house was extremely clean and the outdoor areas were so relaxing. The bed was so comfortable and hot tub was warm and private. We look forward to another stay soon!

Wonderful stay

We had such a wonderful time at this property. The owners have addressed every detail. The bed was so comfortable, the hot tub was perfect, the outdoor seating areas were cozy, and the overall design and atmosphere of the house was perfect.

Prescott Stay October 2024

We loved the amenities and thought it was very tidy and comfortable! The space was also modern and aesthetically pleasing and in a good location. The shower was luxurious, the hot tub was spacious and relaxing, and we found the kitchen useful. The only downside was it has a strong cabin/musty smell that lingered on the clothes in my suitcase for days to follow in our other stays. Overall, we would definitely recommend this VRBO!

Great little cabin to escape!

We loved our stay at Little Javelina Falls. The pond and waterfall were so relaxing and we loved watching the birds splash around. The hot tub was warm and it was great to relax outside. The bed was comfy. My only complaint was the fact there were quite a few cobwebs around inside. I love that the area is a bit woodsy so of course we understand the critters come with it. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back.
