Beautifully decorated, this second-floor unit is right outside of the Siesta Key Village, making it a breeze to walk to all of the restaurants, shops, and live entertainment the island has to offer. Relax on the sugary white sand or swim in the crystal-clear waters. Experience brilliant colors at sunset in this beautiful home that will have you coming back year after year!

Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. No Garage Parking.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- This home is dog Friendly. An additional charge of $39 Per Dog, Per Night will be applied. All other pets are not permitted. Please speak with a member of our team to confirm breed and weight restrictions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged for damages found to the unit.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

Very nice clean property in a perfectly located spot for easy beach access and to the village. I would however not recommend being on the second floor condo for those with little kids due to the easy access to the staircase. Overall very nice and worth the price.
