This is a clean and very spacious apartment with beach chairs and towels and excellent a/c and dehumidifiers. There are stairs down to the apartment from the front lawn. The door lock is electronic, so no losing your key! Parking is easy. The neighborhood is quiet. Thank you for a perfect stay!

This apartment was way bigger than expected. Chris was super accommodating and his place was perfect for our stay. Would definitely rebook for sure!

Adorable, clean and convenient

We absolutely loved this property! It was private and located in a spot that made it easy to get anywhere on Long Island. It was super clean and very tastefully decorated. There were so many small touches that made it so great like the beach chairs and towels, or the toiletries, or the AC! It was perfect for my husband and I!
