Just minutes walk to 6 outstanding restaurants, 6 wineries including 2 of the top 5 of the 56 wineries on the North Fork and Hampton Jitney bus service to Manhattan. Free parking for 2 cars. Free swimming, tennis and basketball privileges at the Town beach and a free wine tour in your car for each month.
