The family room and kitchen open up to a large south-facing porch with stunning Flatiron views and includes vaulted ceilings, skylights, Italian marble countertops, two gas fireplaces, and white oak flooring plus a main-level home office and library.
Stay warm in the winter with central heating, and two gas fireplaces, and cool in the summer with Central A/C. In Spring and Autumn, turn on the whole house fan to enjoy the breeze.
We have small and large appliances (coffee maker, microwave, slow cooker, blender, etc), gas range/stovetop, fridge, washer and dryer, and a convector oven; Weber Genesis BBQ grill in the back.
We have created a hypoallergenic space with wood floors, excellent ventilation, and HEPA filtration that is constantly cleaning the air so that the house remains fresh and hygienic while eliminating allergens.
We also have loads of vibrant and thriving plants for clean air that creates a cozy, natural setting. For those with allergies, our dog will be with us when you rent the whole house.
Recycling, composting, and trash bins are available for sustainable waste management. Most of the light switches have dimmers so you can adjust the lighting according to your needs; most doors lock for greater privacy.
Bedrooms Enjoy the charming primary suite and lounge with a queen-size bed and bath in the basement, 8.5' ceilings, brick floors, and a spacious lounge with a gas fireplace, custom closet, television, and wine storage.
The two upper-level bedrooms have king-size beds and plenty of sunshine with original character while boasting excellent views of Boulder's most famous mountains, the Flatirons.
The Gardens and 5 Patios Step into the private garden where you'll find rows of lavender, an herb garden, and beautiful landscaping throughout. Have a layabout in the hand-crafted Mayan hammock and enjoy.
The backyard includes a large covered porch and deck with patio furniture and a Weber Genesis propane BBQ grill. Outdoor dining for up to eight under a covered patio area outside. There are two additional patio areas: a covered porch on the northwest side of the house and a flagstone patio with a table and benches in the front yard. You can also sit on the covered front porch and watch the world go by.

Internet - Extremely fast (975 Mbps)! We have high-speed fiber-optic wireless internet so that you can access all of your favorite movies or shows via your cable subscription: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Disney +, etc. The high speed makes it easy to hold Zoom meetings or online education classes even while others are watching or gaming. We do not have cable TV.
TV/Monitor - We have a 43’ TV/Monitor in the basement lounge area.
Sonos Sound - download the app and enjoy great sound while watching or listening to your favorite music.
