Wonderful stay in this charming home on a quiet street. My whole family commented on what a nice vibe the home has - warm, comfortable and cozy. Lovely yard with outdoor seating, easy walk to the university, stadium as well hikes that give you a great view over all of Boulder. Beds were comfy, house was super clean. Everything was great! Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation in Boulder

Absolutely beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood! Close to the Flat Irons and Pearl Street.Bonus for our family- the house had children's books and toys. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Kate's place! The house is in a great neighboorhood with access to Chataqua Park (a quieter part) trails 2 blocks away and a quick drive to supermarkets and most places in Boulder, including the University.The house is clean and comfortable with 2 cozy sitting rooms and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable and there are thoughtful items like multiple connection chargers at each bedside table, 2 cozy robes, puzzles and games, and an umbrella.If you are traveling with children, there is a supply of child's dishes and cutlery, games, books, and bedding.We had a few warm sunny days which enabled us to enjoy sitting in the yard, with a great view of the Flatirons. I stayed with my adult daughter, who has foot surgery during our stay. The single level house was perfect for someone to navigate on crutches or a scooter. Kate was easy to reach for any questions and assistance.I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful

Beautiful house in a great location. We were visiting CU Boulder with our addmitted senior to help him make a decision. Close to campus and beautiful hikes. The host was wonderfully responsive. A great experience!

Lovely, clean home in great neighborhood

We visited Boulder for our son's wedding. The house was clean and spacious and perfect for us. The beds are comfortable, the gardens are beautiful and the kitchen was well appointed. The fireplaces were a nice amenity in the cool mornings. The VRBO contacts were helpful and easy to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Chautauqua, Pearl Street and the campus. We will definitely rent here again.

Lovely house in amazing neighborhood!

This house was perfect for our family's stay in Boulder. An easy walk to Chataqua Park which we did daily and many parks and hiking trails close by. Short drive to Pearl St. or 30min walk. Spacious for our family (2 adults/4 kids) and a lovely backyard area which was perfect for hiding easter eggs. Would definitely recommend - it was perfect, and well equipped with supplies for cooking, comfortable beds, etc. Host was very responsive with information.

Perfect spot to explore Boulder

We came to Boulder to explore the school, campus, and neighborhood. An easy 20 min walk or less than 5 min drive to the campus. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly with folks out walking/running. The house was spotless and Anna was easy to get in touch with, should we have needed to do so. The fireplaces were a great feature to cozy up by after a long day out. Highly recommend!

A real treat

We were all so happy with our stay and liked the set up of two living areas was perfect for us. It was exceptionally clean like a real home and not a typical rental. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The yard was amazing. Even though we were there a little early in the season for all of the flowers and trees to be fully in bloom what we did have was delightful. If we are ever in Boulder again we will definitely stay here again. Thank you.
