With the house at the foot of the mountain, enjoy hiking, dining, shopping and golfing just a few minutes away in every direction. With very close access to the 51 freeway, the possibilities are endless.

You won't want to leave and will make this home your go to for your Arizona getaway.

Welcome to your second home! This Phoenix Desert home is the perfect year round getaway. This home is ideal for snowbirds, baseball Spring Training, families, travelers, friend's trips, and anyone looking to enjoy the desert, city, mountains and the beauty of Arizona.

The 2589 square foot, 4 bedroom (6 beds), 2 bath luxury home boasts views and access to the incredible Piestewa Peak mountains, and city scape views of downtown Phoenix. You have access to the entire home, kitchen, yard, heated and cooled pool, perfect temp in all seasons, patios, garage, laundry, shuffle board, ping pong, 3 TVs, Xbox, and so much more. We have a EV charger for guests as well.

Wake up to beautiful mountain views, take a hike along the extensive trails of Piestewa Peak, or do a round of golf at any of the local golf clubs, then take dip in the gorgeous pool, relax, play games, cook or visit any of the top rated restaurants that Phoenix has to offer. There is so much to offer at and around this beautiful home.

The home has a primary suite with a king bed and a twin day bed and attached luxury bathroom with walk in closet, bedroom 2 and 3 also have king beds, and bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with 2 full size beds, so everyone can sleep comfortably.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all doors and windows are locked and the garage remote is put back.
Please pile used towels in the bathroom, not on any rugs.
The outdoor trash and recycling bins are to the left of the garage if facing the garage, kindly take out the trash and recycling at check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If guests would like the pool heated, they must let the host know prior to the stay and pay $80/day pool heating fee for their stay.

Kendra and Kevin are perhaps the best hosts we have encountered. We rent a vacation house at least twice a year and have had many great hosts. Kendra and Kevin are a notch above many of them. They checked in via the app a few times to make sure our stay was going well. They handled an issue with the hot water tank promptly and they were genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with the house. The house is centrally located and Piestewa Peak hiking trails are a short walk up the street. It has plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked if you choose to make your own meals. We will definitely book again if we travel this way in the future.

The perfect Arizona location, backs up to hiking trails but only 4 minutes to downtown and everything Phoenix has to offer. A perfect starting point for day trips around Arizona as well.
