This cozy 1 bedroom condo is right across the street from the Beach! Take long walks and enjoy everything the 7 mile beach has to offer. Pet friendly. Relax in a well-furnished, clean, and well disinfected condo. Work remotely or stream with 250Mbps WiFi. Brand new kitchen, queen bed and new easy to open futon will comfortably sleep, 4 people. Free parking for 1 car. Request another spot for $20/nt. Enjoy a short walk to the Pier, the Amusement Park, & lots of places to eat and shop.

Prime location. Grand Avenue runs along the beach and is a bustling place in the summer, but even off-season there are many restaurants and bars open offering great food, drinks and live entertainment

Self Check-in any time after 4pm with a keypad. My wife or I will be available should you have any questions. Before you arrive you will receive a complete set of check in instructions

Decent place

Older home with some cheap upgrades, nothing fancy, but it was clean, easy parking, & close to the beach. Only criticism is the bedrooms either didn’t have curtains or had sheer curtains, so you’ll be up when the sun comes up!

Good location- bigger then it looks in the pics

We had a nice stay here. The location is great- the walk to the beach and Pier was easy and the pharmacy is close by and it has everything. I was worried it was going to be small but the size was ok- not huge but it’s a pretty large apt. My only complaint would be that the kitchen isn’t well stocked with things to make meals- there weren’t even any large plates, no serving bowls etc… there are pots and pans and the absolute bare necessities. I wasn’t sure if there was going to be an outdoor space but there was, which was great (picnic tables and barbecues). Overall a nice, easy stay, with easy parking- we’d go back.
