To start with Gary was absolutely great to deal with! We got a call a couple hours before check in letting us know the last tenants reported a broken AC unit. After spending 5 hours at a ball field not great news. Fortunate for us Gary already had a crew on the way, and had it fixed in no time! By the time we were ready to check in the unit was already cool! The place was spacious and very clean! 5 stars for the unit! I’d give Gary 10 for his upfront communication and quick reaction! Will definitely stay again when in the area!!

Great place

Really great environment. perfect for a family, short drive to restaurants and entertainment. Beach is approx 6-7 min drive. Really is the perfect place. I can promise you won’t be disappointed. Gary answered my text right away when I locked myself out and fixed my code immediately. Can’t wait to go back for a couples trip!

Our stay at this condo was the best time we have had in a long time , the condo was everything we expected, from the condo itself which was AMAZING and the host Gary ,he delivered the best condo along with the pool which was right outside behind our condo and talk about location , location, location we couldnt of asked for the more perfect place to stay

Clean and Convenient

Great location and close to many restaurants, grocery, etc. Good communication from host and super easy booking and check in process. Condo was very clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Very nice first floor location and just steps from the pool.

Great Location for Volleyball at Convention Center

Granddaughter had volleyball tournament at MB Convention Center and this location was perfect. The home and neighborhood are very nice. Pack your own shampoo and soap or plan on buying at MB.

This property worked really well for us, being on the first floor. No stairs involved. I definitely would stay again. Very clean, and enough space for five people. My only comment would be if you plan to cook meals for your family, may want to bring some things from home. Such as baking dishes, sheet pans, etc.

Being on the first floor was perfect.

It was very good. My daughters and I had a great time at the pool. We celebrated my father in laws 80th birthday at his house and just chilled at the condo. Thank you so much. Look forward to next visit.

Baseball tournament

We were down in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament. This property is local to everything and couldn't be in a better spot if you were looking for out . The beach is 5 minutes away as well as all entertainment. Would definitely recommend this property. Gary is also a pleasure to work with and if you need to know anything about the area just ask him. He gave us some really good information.

Great condo!

Home away from home

Gary was the best house I’ve ever stayed with. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming and the condo couldn’t have been more perfect for my family and I. This place beats a hotel stay any day and the view of the pool right outside your bedroom window makes you feel as though you’re on a resort. Condo also had just about everything we needed and the things we did that we purchased and left behind for the next guest. I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay again. Thank you Gary and Vicky!

Family Vacation

This place was just as advertised. Plenty of room for my family of 6. We had everything we needed. The owner Gary was very helpful with everything. The property itself was perfect. We were looking for somewhere to stay and not having to deal with loud people and parties. I stumbled across this place and it was perfect. It was minutes from the beach and all other surrounding activities. I highly recommend if you are ever in town. From what I saw it looks more like a retirement community, but I also saw all different age groups. So don’t let that scare you away. We will definitely stay again. It just felt like home and it was hard to leave.

Gary was a very attentive host. There were a couple a minor hiccups, but he addressed them promptly

In town for a dance completion( shared with another mother and child) at the convention center so the location to Broadway at Beach and Convention center was great. The unit is in a quiet area and very close to pool. Check in and check out very easy. Gary was very accessible and quick to reply when needed.

Perfect!

Gary’s place was the perfect respite for my parents and I amidst their move from SC to NH. Clean, comfortably furnished, and large enough that none of us felt crowded. We made good use of the pool and the BBQ grill, both of which were a quick walk from the condo. We would absolutely stay here again!

We thought you might like to know a little more about us before renting our condo.

We first decided we wanted a retirement home and family vacation spot in 2006, though retirement was still quite a few years away. Our family has enjoyed our visits so much, we decided to share them with folks who love the beach as much as we do.

Our condo is a privately owned, two bedroom, two bath, ground floor end unit in the Magnolia Place community. This community is mostly residential. Please be respectful by keeping noise to a minimum. It is very close to the beach, yet out of the noise and congestion of beach front property. We are within minutes of Broadway at the Beach. For golfers, we have two courses on the property and are within minutes from many more.

We look forward to establishing many friends and repeat customers by offering “no hassle” accommodations at an extremely affordable price.
