Welcome to your 'home away from home'! We offer a fabulous two bedroom non-smoking townhome with attached single car garage that has all the luxuries of your own home! There's no one above you and there's no one below you! Comfort, comfort, comfort best describes this home! One bedroom has a king bed which comfortably sleeps 2 with a private bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed and one bunkbed (full/queen mattress on bottom and twin mattress on top) which sleeps 4 comfortably and a private bathroom. Each room has a TV with DVD player. The living room also has cable TV with DVD player and plenty of comfortable seating to allow everyone to spend some quality time together. We also have a DVD library and board games for your enjoyment. Our kitchen / dining room is spacious and stocked with all the kitchenware you need to cook home-cooked meals. One of the best features for all of you skiers (and boarders) is we are close to three ski lifts: Snowflake, Beaver Run and Quicksilver. You can take your last ski run down Four O'Clock Run which will take you directly across the street from our complex or you can ski down to Snowflake with just a short walk back to the unit. At the end of the day when you are ready to wind down and relax, just yards down a path out the back door, is the heated swimming pool (indoor/outdoor) and hot tubs. We are also just a 5-minute walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants. We now offer guest liaison services which allows all guests to have a local contact throughout their stay. Our manager, Lisa, is happy to assist you with coordinating lift ticket purchases, ski rentals, bus routes and mountain information, general questions or concerns, and is just a phone call away.

What makes this townhome unique

Our family loves to spend time in Breckenridge! The town is charming. There are a vast number of experiences to be had, whether it is on the slopes or beyond. We enjoy it year round. There is a remodeled indoor/outdoor swimming pool/hot tub facility within walking distance from our back door and shopping and restaurants are only minutes away on foot. Our place is just so comfortable and our renters can appreciate that when you look out the windows in our unit, you are not looking directly into another unit as well as having a heated single car attached garage.

We loved your townhouse. It was perfect for the 7 of us, and we absolutely loved the great location and ability to walk down to town and the gondola. My daughters and I were with a Danish family we have been friends with for years, and it was just the right size for all of us. We were able to cook most meals in the townhouse as you have everything you need to do so. The pool was just down the walkway and we used it and the hot tub almost every day. We have been lots of places with the Danes, and Breckenridge and your townhouse is one of the places they said they are definitely coming back to! Thanks again and we will be back.

Spring Break Ski

Good location, very clean and well maintained. Entry area has plenty of hooks to store snow gear as it comes off. Short walk uphill to Snowflake lift - family complained a bit, but it was doable. Skied down Four O Clock at end of day and exited at a property across street - short walk home - so almost ski in. Master shower had luke warm water (which did not make sense since it came out very hot at sink) and did not drain well. Told management but they said they did not see a problem. Beds were not comfortable, on the soft side and sleeping in a hole - time for new mattresses.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate and take seriously each and every comment from our guests in order to make improvements. As far as the short walk to the lift, there is also a transit system that runs every 15 minutes during the ski season and will take you directly to the lift and the stop is located close to the townhome on Four O'clock. The hot water in the master shower does not make sense to me either and my Manager continues to monitor it and the drain has been addressed. This is the first comment we have gotten on the beds so this summer, once the busy ski season is behind us, we will be assessing the possible need for new mattresses. Thanks again and I am glad that overall you had a nice vacation.

Great family trip with great accomidations

This was our first family trip to Breckenridge (3 teenage kids) and it was a ton of family fun. Two spacious bedrooms (love the attached bathrooms and another half bath down on main level) a practical kitchen and a comfortable lower level living room / den area is perfect for a family of 4 to 6. Easy access to the slopes (slight walk to Snowlake Lift) via 4 O'clock Road allows you to leave your car in the private garage under the condo during the day and proximity to down town Breck allows for the flexibility to keep it there at night. Also loved the easy access to the heated community pool and hot tubs for the much needed soak after skiing. We had a great time and definitely plan on coming back to Breck! We had one slight maintenance issue (loose / wobbly bench in kitchen and the maintenance staff jumped right on it). Easy owner communication and responsiveness topped off a stress free vacation!

Perfect Family Condo

We had a great trip and the condo was perfect for our family. The unit was clean and well stocked. The bunk beds are a great touch for family with kids. They even had their own TV/ DVD with movies in stock. The unit was convenient to the slopes - only a short walk to catch the bus anywhere. Walking distance to downtown. We received a comment about scratches on a stove, but I don't think we did that. We only cooked a few breakfasts and one dinner in the unit and treated the kitchen as if it were our own. The only comment I would suggest for the owners is to add some lighting to the family room. It was pretty dark in there all the time without overhead lighting.

Plenty of space for 6 adults

Multi-level living space gives everyone plenty of room to relax, eat, work, and sleep. Convenient location allows you to walk to slopes and town. Diana was very helpful and worked around the travel plans of all 6 of us coming in from multiple locations around the country. Clean and well maintained.

Well maintained, well appointed

Our family of five (with 3 teenage boys), had the pleasure of staying here for a week in August. The accommodations were perfect for our needs and the extras in the kitchen were greatly appreciated! Perfect location to access town and mountain. Would happily stay again.
