Welcome to your 'home away from home'! We offer a fabulous two bedroom non-smoking townhome with attached single car garage that has all the luxuries of your own home! There's no one above you and there's no one below you! Comfort, comfort, comfort best describes this home! One bedroom has a king bed which comfortably sleeps 2 with a private bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed and one bunkbed (full/queen mattress on bottom and twin mattress on top) which sleeps 4 comfortably and a private bathroom. Each room has a TV with DVD player. The living room also has cable TV with DVD player and plenty of comfortable seating to allow everyone to spend some quality time together. We also have a DVD library and board games for your enjoyment. Our kitchen / dining room is spacious and stocked with all the kitchenware you need to cook home-cooked meals. One of the best features for all of you skiers (and boarders) is we are close to three ski lifts: Snowflake, Beaver Run and Quicksilver. You can take your last ski run down Four O'Clock Run which will take you directly across the street from our complex or you can ski down to Snowflake with just a short walk back to the unit. At the end of the day when you are ready to wind down and relax, just yards down a path out the back door, is the heated swimming pool (indoor/outdoor) and hot tubs. We are also just a 5-minute walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants. We now offer guest liaison services which allows all guests to have a local contact throughout their stay. Our manager, Lisa, is happy to assist you with coordinating lift ticket purchases, ski rentals, bus routes and mountain information, general questions or concerns, and is just a phone call away. What makes this Townhome unique
Our family loves to spend time in Breckenridge! The town is charming. There are a vast number of experiences to be had, whether it is on the slopes or beyond. We enjoy it year round. There is a remodeled indoor/outdoor swimming pool/hot tub facility within walking distance from our back door and shopping and restaurants are only minutes away on foot. Our place is just so comfortable and our renters can appreciate that when you look out the windows in our unit, you are not looking directly into another unit as well as having a heated single car attached garage.

Good location, Comfortable stay
While I wouldn’t classify this as a ski in ski out, it was still very conveniently located. We skiied down the Lower Four O’Clock run each day and our parents picked us up at the bottom so we wouldn’t have to walk up hill in our boots after skiing all day. :) There are tons of dining options and shopping just down the hill. The condo had everything we needed to feel like home.

I am happy you all had a great vacation and I just wanted to mention that our unit is not a ski-in, ski-out unit; however, we have a map in our Guest Manual which shows directions on how to ski down Four O'Clock Run and end up directly across the street from our complex. Nice place, good location and helpful owners.
It was nice, good room for kids to play, there is pool access, and parking garage. Very close to slopes and walking distance to shops and town. The owners are responsive and the binder they leave is packed with useful information.

Well appointed unit close to lift and town. Everything was clean and well maintained. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely tent again.
The perfect place for easy access to snowflake lift, two ski rental shops and an easy walk into town
The condo was clean and welcoming! It had everything we needed. The manager even brought over a traditional coffee maker when we saw there was only a keurig. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool facilities and having a garage was ideal. The owners thought of all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay! (Even enjoyed watching the Olympics on their large TV)

All rentals have 3-night minimum stays. Please refer to Rates. There is a refundable damage deposit on all rentals. For weekly rentals, the 7th night is free. Please check with Owner for cancellation details. These details will be on Rental Agreement.
