The covered 350 sq ft lanai runs the full length of the living room and includes plenty of seating and a full size gas grill. There are even ocean views from the kitchen. Best of all there are YEAR ROUND SUNSET VIEWS from the spacious lanai!

Located at Kona Coast Resort, this second floor “bridge unit” (no stairs!) is a relaxing retreat overlooking the blue Pacific ocean and swaying palm trees. This condo, unit 11-202, is a huge one-bedroom condominium at the very top of the community with contemporary, island-style decor. A Great Vacation

We quite enjoyed our stay! Leslie provided so many nice touches, from boogie boards and beach chairs to the bbq on the lanai. It was an especially relaxing visit that felt like home.

Amazing condo and location

We loved the complex with its great access to pool, hot tub, and other on site recreation. It was walking distance up the hill to coffee shop, groceries, and other amenities. The condo itself was excellent for cooking, sleeping, and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was wonderful! Clean, convenient to Keauhou Bay, and the A/C in the bedroom a plus. The lanai and BBQ were great for staying in. Close to grocery. Thank you!! We will be back.

Great place to stay!

Our stay was perfect! You couldn’t ask for a better place! Very comfortable and spacious with a great view of the ocean. In a convenient location with shopping/restaurants nearby. Hardly missed being at our own home this was so well set up with all the comforts of home. I highly recommend this condo.

We had a fabulous time here. The grill was a great touch and we loved the views from the living room and lanai. Delightful Kona Condo

This unit was in a near perfect location for us, close to the KTA shopping center, beaches, and the access road south toward Captain Cook.The condo was clean, well stocked with basics, and had a very nice lanai with a large grill and plenty of outdoor seating.Leslie, the property manager, was quick to answer a couple questions we had early on and assist with the onsight cable access that had recently changed throughout the complex.We had 10 great days here and would definately look to stay here on our next trip to the Big Island.

Absolutely beautiful condo!! Gorgeous view, huge lanai, very well stocked kitchen, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us. Right across the street from the grocery and restaurants and near Kona and beaches. The pool and pool bar/ restaurant were nice and fun. We heard a great entertainer. We highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed in Kona at 3 different properties and a hotel and this recent property was by far the best. Very clean and spacious with everything provided. The quiet pool was only about 200 yds away and was well looked after and clean. The grounds were kept immaculate.Our three weeks was made very special because of this property and we are discussing when we will return and for a month or two next time. It is also close to shops for groceries.

The unit was excellent. I have stayed on this property for several years and this unit was one of the best. It had everything I needed and more. It is up higher in the complex so you can sit out on the deck and see the ocean. The bed was comfortable at must for me. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Phenomenal care

This property was so special. The condo is beautifully decorated with carefully chosen original art, lovely furniture, and coordinated kitchen ware. Everything was top of the line and every piece of equipment, appliances, pans, glasses, pans, knives were included. Leslie has amazing taste. The complex is very quiet and it has a great view of the ocean from the lanai. Also located 5 minutes from a market and several good restaurants. We have stayed in many VRBO places and this one in this price range was by far the nicest one. We will stay again.

Kona Coast Resort Condo

We had a great stay. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The pictures were also accurate. We had beautiful views of the sunsets. The condo was clean and well furnished. The condo is in a great location within the resort. The owner, Leslie responded almost immediately to my text about a minor maintenance need and took care of it. It was a great stay and I will book another stay in her condo.

Fantastic Location and View of the Pacific Ocean

Overall impression, is a great location and value. Easily accessible, shopping center conveniently located across from resort. Unit location easily accessible, and full of amenities. The unit itself had everything you would need and extra to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This spacious and peaceful unit will not disappoint. I would definitely go back and stay there, again. Was concern with needing air conditioning and never once used it; wonderful cross breeze.

Last minute decision

We were booked to stay on Maui, but decided to cancel because of the terrible fires in Lahaina. We were already in California at the start of our holiday and needed to find replacement accommodation on another island and found this condo on Hawaii Island. The resort is very similar to the one we usually stay at in Kihei, beautifully maintained and very quiet. The condo itself is very comfortable and we loved the massive Lanai. Thanks for letting us stay 😀

Just as Lusted, Beautiful condo

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is lack of A/C in the whole condo; only bedroom. Following the directions to not run A/C in bedroom while gone, it only cooled to 75 at night. The rest of the condo maintained mid to high 80s temp, even with sun shades down and fans going. Everything is beautiful and clean. View is amazing! We ate several meals at on site restaurant and it was very good. Pool very relaxing with ocean view. Love the large lanai! Leslie was quick in response to all communication. Thank you for allowing us to be your guest.
