About this property

This charming home is on a 1/2-acre lot in a quiet neighborhood close to Downtown Fort Walton Beach and just a short drive to the Boardwalk beach access on Okaloosa Island. It is also a 15-minute drive to Harborwalk in Destin. It offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that have been newly renovated. The location is close to many restaurants, bars, and parks that can keep you and your family and friends busy. Many are within a 1.5-mile radius of the home. If bringing a dog, there is a great dog park a couple of minute drive from the home. The dog park offers fenced areas where the dog can run and play with others as well as an open area dog beach where they can play in the water! There is a large 2 car garage on property where you can also store beach supplies, kayaks, paddleboards, or any other equipment you may bring with you. There are Beach chairs and towels available for use at the property as well! There are 2 full driveways to this home. So, there is also plenty of parking and even Boat and Jet ski parking available if needed.

A+ stay!

Host was very responsive and friendly, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable! Very clean house, backyard space was definitely a plus. Nice neighborhood close to shopping, eating, and beaches. Would stay here again.

Great stay, close to everything!

Elijah is super communicative and accommodating. The house itself is very cozy with lovely decorations. It’s close to everything, so you can choose to stay in for a comfortable evening or go exploring. It was a wonderful stay!

Good place good host

Host was very prompt to answer any questions. Master bedroom stayed pretty warm but he said he would be sending someone to take a look at that.

Hello! I have been an on/off resident of the Emerald Gulf coast for over 30 years. I love this area and have enjoyed watching it grow in popularity over the past 30 years. It is definitely a far cry from the beach town that it was 30 years ago. There are so many more things to enjoy! I enjoy playing on the water and enjoying many of the golf courses in the area. I like to offer good alternatives to the hotel life that many stay in when coming to the area. When I travel, I definitely love having my own space and I try and give that same feel to each and every guest!

This neighborhood is good for those that like things a little more quiet when on vacation. It is away from the busy hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to quickly. There are a few parks near the home as well as numerous Jet ski, Boat Rental, and charters. There are also many great restaurants and hangouts close.
