On the main floor you will fine the beautifully upscale decorated open living space where you can relax by the gas fireplace and all gather around to visit. The gourmet kitchen has all you need to make those family recipes everyone looks forward to and while eating at the dining table you can look out to the ocean and watch the sun setting on the water.

This home has a bedroom on the main level with a Queen bed with a separate full bath with large sit down shower. There are two lower bedrooms that both have Queen beds and a full bath with a shower/tub combo. Up in the loft is a sitting area where you can watch the wave come in as well as two bedrooms that each have 2 Twin beds.

The outdoor space at this home is just as spectacular. Relax after a long day of exploring in the ocean front hot tub where you can sit and stare up at the beauty of the stars shining above you. There is an outdoor firepit and large open deck with deck furniture to lounge on. It also offers it's own sandy beach area for kids to enjoy without worrying about them wandering. Just a quick walk down the path and your toes will be in the water.

We loved this place! They had all the amenities we needed. We are just a 10 minute walk to town, a park, golf course, tennis, etc. We really enjoyed this location. Our only complaint was the heavy wind- which is uncontrollable.

Excellent Beach House!

Very clean and well-maintained property with direct access to the beach and a short walk from central Manzanita. Kitchen has very nice appliances and plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Beds are comfy and plenty of towels are provided. We especially enjoyed the separate refrigerated drink drawers in the kitchen, the hot tub, and the fire pit. Highly recommend and we're planning on coming back next summer!

We were all vary favorably impressed by the Ocean Breeze. The open kitchen/dining room/living room area worked very well for our large group of 14 (10 of whom stayed in the house). The kitchen was super well equipped--the best equipped kitchen we have seen in our 20+ years of renting houses in Manzanita. The location right on the beach was wonderful, of course--so easy to go out for walks, watch the sunset, enjoy a fire right in the back yard, etc. The reunion was a huge success and everyone greatly enjoyed the house. They liked Manzanita so much they suggested we should pitch in to buy a house there so we always have a venue for future reunions!
