POOL/SPA- Do not Heat the pool. Do not leave the spa on when not in use. Any excessively lowered gas levels will be charged at market price to you.

Great Place!

Really loved the property, especially the outdoor area. The kids loved the chicken coop. Only “complaint” is that I wish it had more rooms to accommodate more groups. But otherwise the perfect spot for 2-3 families with kids.

The property was even better in person.Near the tubing rivers the younger set wanted. The pool area was great. Beds comfortable and the kitchen large enough for several cooks. We will definitely
