Welcome to this fantastic home that will have you staying year after year with your loved ones! This home sits on over an acre of land with an enclosed backyard and boasts a great location in one of the more private areas of Cape Cod. This idyllic neighborhood is close to Osterville, Sandwich, and Cotuit villages. You are just a few miles from Sandwich beaches, Osterville/Hyannis beaches, and Cape-famous swimming ponds like Joshua’s Pond. Golfers will appreciate all the public golf courses nearby, including Olde Barnstable Fairgrounds Course, which is two and a half miles away.
The enclosed backyard offers a splendid spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones! Host summertime cookouts using the propane grill provided or challenge your friends to a round of cornhole. There is a basketball hoop in the driveway area if you feel like showing off your b-ball skills. If you are in a more tranquil mood, you can always chill around the firepit, enjoy delicious grilled treats in the outdoor dining area, or simply chat with your friends and relax on the Adirondack chairs provided. With a location so close to swimming ponds and the beach, you will find the enclosed outdoor shower highly convenient for rinsing off before entering the home.
As you enter this family-friendly home away from home, you will discover two separate living areas with new furniture. One is an entertainment room with board games, puzzles, chess, and comfy furniture where you can spend hours and hours reading your favorite books. The other is a rec room with a cozy sectional and a huge TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare savory homemade meals and snacks for the kiddos. Coffee enthusiasts will be happy to know it also includes a Keurig and coffee bean grinder and an electric coffee percolator. The adjoining dining table is ideal for family meals and this area grants you direct access to the backyard through sliding doors. All three bedrooms are located upstairs for more privacy. The beach-themed primary suite enjoys an en suite bathroom. The children's room has a trundle bunk bed. Additional perks include children's beach toys, games, and books, and beach chairs.

No loud parties as this is a residential area.
There is no A/C; however, there are ceiling fans throughout the home.
A landlord Beach Pass, allowing access to town "residents only" beaches, is available for use during your stay.
The fireplace is not for use and the garage is not for parking; it can be used for storage.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
