4th Floor 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo in Downtown St Pete with view of water.

Awesome condo location right in the heart of downtown St Pete. Our condo unit is on the top floor (4th) of the Madison One Building with a partial view of Tampa Bay. Comfortably sleeps six with two beds and a pull out couch. Underground parking and very secure with key fob access. Our until has been completely remodeled with granite countertops and 3 big screen TV's.

Our courtyard is currently under construction, but guests will have full access to the swimming pool, hot tub, fitness gym, and gas grills that are located in the Madison Two right next door (only steps away). Building has two working elevators as well as stair access.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
