Wonderful stay in St. Petersburg

We dropped our son off to Eckerd College and chose this house due to the proximity to the college. It was very clean and well furnished. There were many restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Hang Out Spot

Great spacious, clean house. Kitchen was well stocked. Very good gathering location for my wife and I and our friends. Close to downtown St Pete and beaches. Host was very communicative and friendly. Didn’t use the hot tub because it was too hot outside but very nice backyard.

Great place

Spacious and as advertised! Quiet, centrally located and plenty of privacy for people in our group because of house layout. Would stay again. Few small issues - down feathers in beds -two people were allergic and were sick because of it. No extra blankets, used beach towels as extra blankets or to lay on couch when cold. Hot tub had dirt on bottom, water was clear but we didn't use it because we weren't sure when it had been cleaned last. Overall, it met our needs for a 35 year college reunion and it's a great property.

Absolutely perfect!

I can not say enough about this property and the owners! The area around the house is nice and very convenient to either beach side of downtown side of St Pete. It was also just a 5 min drive to a nearby Publix which was also very convenient for us. The whole house is very clean and super cutely decorated. All of the appliances and kitchen accessories are new and readily available. Everything we needed was right there! We loved the big comfy family room and massive dining area where our family could hang out all together. The back yard is nicely landscaped and fenced in so we could let the out dogs run around and play. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were quick to respond to our few questions. We had zero negative issues and we can not wait to stay here again in the near future!

Why they chose this property

Pinellas Point is one of the safest neighborhoods in St Pete. Gorgeous streets provide safe walking, running + biking. Low traffic: local neighborhood traffic only. Walk with the kids to the park, or enjoy a run in peace and quiet!
