The beautiful and spacious backyard/pool area has a patio with dining table, a grill, and plenty of outdoor lounging. The spacious great room is perfect for entertaining with gorgeous high ceilings and/or host dinner parties in the elegant dining room with seating for ten.
The spacious master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom also has a convenient washer dryer and separate outside entrance. The guest rooms offer a queen bed and two twin beds and the bright kitchen with skylight leads out to the backyard deck.
Minutes to village shops and restaurants, bay and ocean beaches, Southampton village, Water Mill, and local farms and deli. Please note that the pool and pool house become available for use ~the week prior to Memorial Day through the week after Labor Day and are not available for use outside of this window; if you would like us to extend this period, please ask us prior to booking.
