Incredible location. 3 minutes walking distance to so many wonderful attractions, historic Flagler College, numerous excellent restaurants, fishing boats, art galleries, ghost tours, horse carriage rides, water tours, trolley tours, winery, museums, tennis courts, fun children's playground. Within an easy drive are many, many golf courses including the famous TPC at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra. Please, take advantige on this beatiful 3 badroom, 1.5 bathroom fully updated house.

Large bedroom with queen bed, nice size second bedroom with queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom has soaking bathtub and a large shower. Kitchen has fully equipped with all your cooking needs. Two choice of coffee maker to have your favorite americano, or French press waiting for you to enjoy your morning routine.
