The is exactly as described.We had access to many stores, the neighborhood was extremely quiet. The owner was super nice and responded quickly whenever I emailed her. This is a duplex so you can hear the people upstairs but very briefly. I would recommend this place for families with pets. I brought my shih tzu with me and she had more than enough space for playing outside.

The Ivywild elementary school, originally built in 1916, has been transformed into the city's best food hall/brewery/distillery/meeting place (and it's walking distance from our place). A beloved family friendly park completes this charming neighborhood that is just minutes away from some of the best things to do in the Springs, such as Creekwalk, downtown, North Cheyenne Cañon, Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, and so much more.
