Ivywild is one of Colorado Springs' most historic and iconic areas, just 5 minutes southwest of downtown. The Ivywild elementary school, originally built in 1916, has been transformed into the city's best food hall/brewery/distillery/meeting place (and it's walking distance from our place). A beloved family friendly park completes this charming neighborhood that is just minutes away from some of the best things to do in the Springs, such as Creekwalk, downtown, North Cheyenne Cañon, Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, and so much more.
