About this property

Nereida's Cottage - For people who love the water!

Nereida = Mermaid in Latin. It is also the name of my Mother who was the inspiration behind the space. You will find Nereida's plants and art work scattered through out the property inspired by the sea and the ocean and the beautiful palms of Palm Beach. This is a fun casita located on a corner, private with excellent neighbors. Style is typical of concrete homes found in Florida with original terrazzo floors. Garden is made beach style with beach sand, palms and grasses with fire pit. We are located within Palm Beach's #1 diving, resort, boating destination. There is a washer and dryer. Carport/ boat/toy parking! Pets are welcome and have their own fenced in potty area. You will find games and children's books, everything for quality time away from home with family or friends.

Such a cute place!

First time staying here and loved it! Spotlessly clean and comfortable and so cute! We are divers and being a " Mermaid", I just loved the mermaid and beach vibe! Leah is so kind and a wonderful host! We will be back!

Why they chose this property

I love this area for snorkeling and boating, fishing, scuba diving. The possibilties atre endless and the beach close by is the best in Palm Beach county they clean the sargassum and its so nice to have the little mall and shops on the beach and the restaurants. This area of WPB is a hidden gem! I live here so I can guide you to places to visit, shop and eat and I compile a list on google for guests with suggestions. Link shared after booking.

What makes this property unique

My property is very well equipped. Its like its own underwater world. Very comfortble with fun paintings and beach stuff, great little backyard for your pet, private parking and space for your toys or boats! Its a bargain for an entire family to have fun while visiting and enjoying West Palm Beach. Its also great for friends getting together for fun in the sun and the sand. Multiple sleeping arrangements make it comfortble for the entire family to spread out and enjoy!
