This beautiful and meticulously maintained 3 Br, 2 Ba, 2 Cg Waterfront, Pool home on Treasure Island with sunset views is just a few minutes walk to the sandy white beaches. Watch the dolphins play from your private dock and pool. Enjoy a spacious living room with TV, sunroom with water views as well a spacious kitchen and dining room. Each of the 3 bedrooms have King-Sized Beds, and the Primary Bedroom is an en-suite bathroom. Treasure Island is known for being one of the best vacation destinations on the Gulf Coast with close access to award winning beaches, restaurants and locations such as John's Pass, St Pete Beach and Madeira Beach. The house has every possible item you will need to enjoy your vacation....Just bring your tooth brush! THIS IS A 45-DAY MINIMUM STAY to accommodate a maximum 6 persons. Pool is NOT heated. Sorry, pets not allowed.
