We are empty nesters that purchased this condo in 2016 and got to work right away making much needed updates. We replaced the decor and invested in details making this unit feel like a welcoming beach home we would want to come to again and again with our family.

What makes this condo unique

Because our unit is located on the same floor as the amenities (on the 2nd floor), we are able to enjoy the 12 foot ceilings that are unique to all units on this level and make this 2 bedroom unit feel very spacious. Easy Access - Entrance convenient to 2nd floor parking deck. We rarely use the elevator or ever have to load and unload a cart!

First the owner was awesome to work with, the location was very accessible and close proximity to everything you need. The entire condo was newly decorated and fabulous. Parking was steps away from your door (Very nice). Pool, Hot Tub and other amenities were very nice. Beach access was super, Overall one of the nicest condos we have stayed in at GS, I would definitely recommend this Unit for a few days, week or even for snow birds.

Nice Location

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our teenage son and his friend. The location was great and it had very easy beach access and close to restaurants. The unit was clean and plenty enough space for the 4 of us. The handle to the sliding glass door leading out to the balcony from the bedroom was broken and had pliers clipped to the handle to open. When reading the comments in the book located in the room from other guest, they wrote about the door handle being broken a year earlier. Also the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and the washing machine was extremely loud. The unit needs updating.

Great Vacation

It was a great vacation! The pictures don't do the condo justice. It was very comfortable. It was nice not to have to use the elevator, since you could just walk down the stairs to the pool and beach. Plus, you could park right outside the door.

The condo location was excellent. We loved not having to use the elevator. It was a very safe environment, security guards were on the premises day and night. The view from second floor was awesome. We enjoyed sitting on balcony and watching dolphins every morning. The exercise room was a plus. We had a reserved parking spot on ground floor but we also parked on 2nd floor right outside our condo a lot of the time.

Didn't get to enjoy the beach view from balcony

I love the location of the condo but we had to hunt for a parking spot after we paid 20.00 dollars for a parking for our condo.... We was told that we could park right in front of our condo and we had to park in Parking area down under.... We had problems getting in and out the front door it was hard to unlock and also we had a nice view of the beach but couldn't sit outside to enjoy the view because we couldn't get the sliding doors open..... We called the real estate company but she never sent anyone to fix the doors she told me when we checked out that it would be fixed that Monday..... That is after we was gone.... But the inside the condo was very nice and great location but no security at night ....the beach was nice......maybe if had direct contact with the owner the problem may have been solved instead of over looked......
