The building is in a residential neighborhood. If you are looking for a comfortable home away from home to rest after your days activities - this will be the perfect spot.
The townhome is close to downtown, all major roadways and minutes away from shopping and dining. Close by Ft. Carson and popular tourist areas like Cheyenne Mountain and the Broadmoor. The space You will have the entire unit to yourself. Shared main doorway has an electronic code to enter. Unit is upstairs and to the right. The unit is just the right size with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Kitchen and eat in dining area, living room with TV and desk. Guest access Guests has access to main door, their own private unit and one dedicated parking space behind the property. Other things to note It’s important guests understand this unit is inside a fourplex located in a residential area. The street is home to several other fourplexes and townhomes so it is densely occupied and therefore the street is often busy and bustling. There are neighbors walking around, children playing and lots of activity in general. This activity may bring some occasional noise. Street parking is first come first parked. This is the only short term rental in our fourplex but not the only short term rental on the street. Further, this is an older part of Colorado Springs but it is safe for travelers and extremely convenient to get around to any planned activities. If you are looking for a simple, affordable place to relax and recharge during a busy vacation this unit will be perfect for you!

The vbro was extremely clean. The rooms were very spacious!! We loved the kitchen and beautiful refrigerator, stove, and coffee pot! The dining room table, desk, and sectional sofa was so nice. The fireplace was a great touch! We so appreciated the security doors and motion lights outside. Well lit at night! We had our own parking space too! The decor was well thought out with special touches that made you feel welcomed!

Overall, it was just OK…just make sure you understand that you get what you pay for and understand that if it isn’t in the posting they don’t have it like coffee or shampoo & conditioner. And honestly, the neighborhood didn’t feel as safe as the other review states and each night I was a little concerned about leaving anything in my vehicle.

Was about as unresponsive as you can get. The house was definitely a "get what you pay for" type situation. if what you paid for is barely any dishes, no pepper or edible salt to cook with, horribly uncomfortable beds and a place that reeks so bad of cigarettes me and my friends have to hold our breath from in the lobby. The smell gets barely better as you enter the bedrooms but plan for anything you wear to reek for days after you leave. Also, there was a used band aid on the wall that I regretfully forgot to take a picture of.
This listing pictured was not the one my son and I were put in. The host was still onsite an hour after scheduled check in (4pm) trying to make last minute arrangements. Overall, the condo was dirty (bathroom, dirty coffee maker in sink, etc). The parking spot listed as reserved for the listing would at best fit a motorcycle, no way you could park an actual vehicle, let alone the truck I was driving. The neighborhood was not safe. Shortly after checking in, I contacted the host and stated that we would be leaving for the above concerns and asked for a refund (after offering to pay for the first night) I was told absolutely no refund. Highly recommend looking this place up on google maps to verify the outside condition of the property. Something I wish I would have done prior to booking.
