Enjoy this newly renovated home in Benton Harbor sitting on a spacious corner lot featuring a fenced in backyard with a grill, fire pit and large deck, great for enjoying morning coffee or the evening stars. Our house is located in a prime spot to explore and enjoy all of what Southwest MI has to offer. Just 2 blocks from Harbor Shores golf course, walking trails and the Paw Paw river. Only minutes from many local beaches, brewery's, wineries, Benton Harbor arts district, downtown St Joe and 20 miles from South Haven and 45 minutes from Notre Dame. Make yourself at home with dual zoned heating and cooling, fully equipped kitchen and main floor laundry.
The space:
The upper level has one bedroom with a king bed, a dedicated work space with a desk and chair outside the bedroom, and a full bath with a walk in shower and vanity area with lighted make-up mirror. The main floor living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and has two bedrooms, a full bath and laundry room.
Guest access:
The majority of the home is for our guests! The garage, basement and upstairs hall closet are locked private areas. Enjoy the front porch and open yard or the private fenced in back yard.

We had our annual girls trip and this home was perfect! It was clean, updated and so cute. We even spent time on the patio after a long day of shopping which was around a 5 minute drive to shops/restaurants. The host/hostess was so sweet and always helpful with any questions we may have had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for families or a girl getaway. Place was exactly as described with spacious bedrooms a big backyard and nicely decorated. It’s two females traveling, we felt safe in the house and the home felt cozy and welcoming. The host was great about responding to questions and a last-minute request to stay an extra night. Would highly recommend and I’m already thinking of coming back up and staying here with my family. You won’t regret staying here.

Very nice house, cutely decorated, with everything we needed for our stay. Overall location was great, close to beach and centrally located to the other parts of southwest Michigan we wanted to visit. I would rent this property again.

We had an amazing girls weekend at this cozy retreat! Close to everything and all the amenities on the property of you just want to stay in. Love that the host provides firewood and some starters of bottled water, soap and shower gel/shampoo. The host immediately answered messages to adjust the thermostat. There is plenty of space for games and meals and the fire pit is beautiful. Thank you for an amazing and much needed getaway.

This home is beautiful and everything we wanted for our vacation to the area. The showers are the BEST and each room was so inviting and comfortable! The location was perfect as we traveled around St. Joseph and South Haven. Will definitely recommend this host/home to others!!!

Beautiful cottage on the Bluff in Hill District

My husband and I had a sweet getaway before the busy holiday season. This cottage has everything you need and is beautiful. The bed is comfy and it’s a short drive to all the things!

Lovely house & stay

The house was perfect for our family of 6, perfect sleeping arrangements and lots of amenities. Great communication with the host, easy check in & out. Great location for going into town, multiple beaches to choose from so close to the house and close enough to other neighboring towns for a quick visit. Make sure to look thru the guest book for food, shop and beach recommendations. We will definitely visit again and stay longer next time.

Immaculate house

Cleaner than any hotel I’ve stayed. 5-10 min drive to anywhere in St. Joe/ Benton harbor. All the amenities you could need with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Overall very happy with our stay.
