Newly Remodeled - Furnished 1 Bedroom Efficiency Suite. 30 Day minimum rental. This is a one person Suite with Queen size bed, Walk-in Shower, walk-in closet, Kitchenette with microwave and fridge/freezer. Guest only has access to this room of home. Has private entrance through small sun room. Parking for one vehicle only. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, AND NO PARTIES.
This is an ideal room for travel nurses. All Utilities - Power, Water, Wi-Fi, and Cable - are included. Smart TV is provided. Washer/Dryer, Towels and Linens are NOT provided.

The space
This is a very big Efficiency Suite with a Queen size bed, Kitchenette, Full Bath with Walk-in Shower, large Walk-in Closet. Fridge/Freezer and Microwave are provided but no Range/Oven. Dressers, tables, and Recliner are all provided.
Please bring your own towels and linens.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
