Welcome to your Charleston home base! This bright and spacious 2 bed, 1 bath upstairs apartment features a large open living area—perfect for relaxing, hanging with friends, or planning your next adventure. One bedroom has a comfy king bed, the other has a cozy queen, and both rooms have their own TVs for winding down after a day out. Located just minutes from downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, you're in the heart of it all. Walk to local bars, restaurants, and the beloved Pour House for live music and good vibes. Whether you're beach-bound, brunching, or bar-hopping, this spot is your perfect launchpad for exploring the best of the Lowcountry.

Guest will have access to the entire second floor (Unit A). Please note that this is one of three units on the property and the other units may be occupied during your stay.

You will have parking for two vehicles dedicated to this unit.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, spacious, and nice. We had only one need during our stay, and our host responded quickly to address it. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The home was incredibly clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed to fix coffee and make a home cooked meal. It's close to a grocery store and a fabulous little fresh food restaurant with wonderful bowls, smoothies, and coffee (called Huriyali). Highly recommend!!

House was very clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed for a quick trip to Charleston! Check in instructions were prompt and simple. Would definitely come back when in the area again.

Everything was wonderful! The property was super clean and inviting! It is very spacious. The neighborhood was very nice and friendly. There was great communication throughout.We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area!

Originally I was hesitant to book this property because it had so few reviews. After looking at other properties I kept coming back to this one and decided to take a chance. I am really glad I did. Located on James Island it was well located to go into downtown Charleston and also to the historic plantations and homes we wanted to tour. The 2 bedroom apartment was extremely clean, attractive, well equipt and in a safe, older neighborhood with a lot of rebuilt, large homes. This property appears to have 6 rental units in two structures. It was very quiet and had ample off street parking next to the unit. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would not hesitate to stay there again.
