The perfect getaway

This cabin was so perfect for our family. We were able to spread out. There was enough room for everyone. It was also very close to the village, walking distance! So clean and luxurious!

Well appointed home in great location

This was our second time staying at this property. Great communication with property manager, easy check in. Home is well appointed and in a great location backing onto national forest land. Neighbors were friendly. You will have to take your trash to the dump yourself and recyclables need to be presorted. Will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Spacious & Comfortable, in the Best Part of Mammoth!

this location cannot be beat: walking distance to the Village and a short drive to the Main Lodge/Minaret Vista. The house itself was very nice, with ensuite bathrooms for each room. The house can easily accommodate FOUR couples. The hot tub was a nice touch, too. We look forward to staying at this splendid house again.

Absolutely delightful stay!

My husband and I I stayed at this wonderful home for one month with our two small dogs. The home is finely appointed: sauna steam showers with rain shower heads in both master baths (love!), huge kitchen with prep sink, auto light fire places in living room and both master bedrooms, and fine finishes and decor throughout. The location of this home was perfect; on a quiet cul de sac that backs onto National Forest and walking distance to the Mammoth Village. We loved having breakfast every morning on the private patio and enjoying soaks in the jacuzzi. The home was well maintained and clean with comfy furnishings. One note for dog owners is that while the home itself is very dog friendly, there is no fenced yard and we frequently saw coyotes near and even at the house, so we always took our dogs out while leashed, even for brief potty breaks. We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and met many friendly neighbors. We even spotted a black bear on one of our morning walks. Check-in/out process was very smooth and easy and the property owners were very nice and promptly responded to emails. I highly recommend both this property and property owner. I wish we could have stayed longer and would like to stay here again in the future!

Great location

Property is in a great location with a nice walking trail in the back that also provides privacy. Close enough to walk to the village or easily drive to any of the ski lodges. Property is spacious with lots of bathrooms for everyone. Listing says 5 bedrooms, but it is only 4. Last room is a den without a door. Property needs some maintenance and better deep cleaning between stays. Several little things stopped working while we were there. Lots of pet hair throughout and dirty dishes were put back in the cabinets. For a monthly stay expect to need to bring toilet paper, dish soap, etc as house is not stocked.

Fantastic home close to the slopes and downtown.

We had a wonderful time in Mammoth! We stayed here for 4 months and this home was perfect. Great for a large family and it is close to everything downtown, hiking, mammoth ski resort etc. We saw tons of wildlife right out our back door and could not have been happier.

Perfection!

Gorgeous house to share with friends! Loved every second of it. Well worth the rental cost - everything is neat, clean, all the best amenities and just a short walk from restaurants & village. Backyard is a beautiful forest you can just take off on a hike into. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Great Mammoth Home!

We had a wonderful time at this Mammoth home over the Presidents' Day weekend. A very comfortable and cozy home in such a great neighborhood. You have the beautiful forest in your backyard and The Village just a 5-minute walk away.

Best Stay in Mammoth!

We stayed here on our ski trip Jan 4 - jan 9. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house is so comfortable, and there were enough rooms to fit us all in! I loved the cozy cabin feel of the house, and the fact that it took us 5 minutes to WALK to the village and the slopes was priceless. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect vacation in Mammoth. We'll definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Wonderful Mammoth Home

This quaint and comfortable home is perfect for families and couples sharing a home for a ski week. The location is great and backs up against the forest service where we walked and cross country skied. A really great time overall.
