About this property

Beautifully furnished 2B/1B top unit in West Vail. Large deck & panoramic views of the Vail Valley. Queen Bed in 1st bedroom; Full size Bunk Bed in 2nd bedroom. Fireplace, W/D & Smart TV in unit. Shared fire pit & hot tub in patio. Heat, electricity, water & internet included. Plenty of parking. 7-min. walk to Chamonix bus stop. Unit for rent at various times throughout the year well. Well-behaved dog allowed.

Note: This is my home - I am not looking to rent this unit for long periods of time (potentially 1 month at the longest). Thus, this unit is not the right fit for those with a seasonal job. Also, I just bought this home this summer, so I have not rented it out yet, thus do not have any reviews. I'm happy to chat at any time so you have a comfort level that this is a real post and not a scam:-)

I'm a Southern California native that has split time between CA and CO over the last few years. I recently bought this home and am very excited to share it with you as I will continue to travel to CA and rent it out while I'm away. I love Vail and the surrounding areas, as I'm very active and enjoy everything it has to offer (skiing, hiking, biking, camping, creeks, lakes, etc.).

Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful neighborhood with a nice mix of full-time homeowners and shorter-term rental guests. It is quiet, yet filled with active people walking dogs, hiking, biking, etc. Ellefson Park is a short walk up the street and Davos Trail is just up the road if you're looking for a great hike. Safeway, City Market, UPS, Ace Hardware, gas stations and numerous food options are nearby. The Chamonix Bus stop is a short 1/2 mile walk down the street, which will take you right into Vail or Lionshead Village (free bus).

What makes this property unique

Some aspects of this property that I love include the beautiful views of Vail Mountain and beyond from the large deck and the vaulted ceilings with sky lights which provide for an open/airy/bright interior.
