"Best view of the lake" as regarded by many locals. This chic, old style, lake front cabin is set in the heart of Willow Cove. Offering one of the largest private beach areas and a private redwood dock with 2 boat slips. The beach area has relaxing lake view pergola, dining tables, sun beds, umbrellas, a kayak, canoe, paddle board, grills, smokeless fire pit, bocce ball and corn hole, and generous outdoor lake view seating areas.

This property is now featuring a new forest cottage and nature hype dome! The forest suite comes with two queen bunk beds, a mini fridge, and coffee maker with a beautiful relaxing deck area.

The nature dome is featured at the top of the property offering a more secluded unique and inspiring nature experience. Features manzanita picnic area and a path to the top of ridge that take you to the edge of the Sierra Forest.

Beautiful pinewood and redwood floored outdoor bathroom with large shower, stone sink, and composting toilet.

Enjoy the spa and cold plunge area

The main house deck has a nice shaded dining area and lounge area with grill.

An upper redwood deck for lounging.

Nice evening light ambiance can be found throughout the property.

Main Cabin, Forest Cottage, and Nature dome has Starlink Internet.

Canoe, Paddleboard, or Kayak to the island, cove beaches and nature trails.

One of the best locations around the lake

Best location, as few other reviewers said, the indoor area is tight, but we are not traveling to Bass Lake to stay inside, the outside area is amazing, we all had an amazing time and hopefully will be back next year.

AMAZING experience!

This was my first time using VRBO and it was an excellent experience. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. The property was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. The listing was exactly the way it described the property online. I have no complaints. It was a great stay.

Willow on the Lake at Bass Lake is a very special place for our family, originally built by our grandfather and filled with generations of memories. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with beautiful lake views, fresh mountain air, and easy access to boating, swimming, hiking, and quiet evenings under the stars. What we love most is the sense of calm and nostalgia here, where mornings on the water and sunsets over the lake create the perfect setting to slow down and reconnect.

Our property stands out for its unbeatable lakefront location in Willow Cove, within walking distance to The Pines Village and directly in front of “The Island.” Set on two acres, this authentic old-school Bass Lake cabin offers privacy, space, and immersive nature rarely found on the lake.
Guests enjoy an extra-large private beach area, a private dock with two boat slips, kayaks and a paddleboard for exploring the water, plus a lakeside pergola, beach fire pit, and sun-tanning beds for relaxing days outdoors. The property also features a hot tub and cold plunge for year-round restoration.
In addition to the main cabin, the unique Forest Suite and dome create a one-of-a-kind retreat experience that blends classic lake living with peaceful forest sanctuary.
