• Pool/Spa Heating: Pool and spa heating is not included and can be added to your stay for an additional fee of $100 per night. Fee may vary based on time of year and length of stay. Please inquire before arrival.

• Utilities: A $300 utility cap applies to monthly stays from May-Sep.

• No Amplified Music/Noise: Sorry, the city of Palm Springs has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside, otherwise a citation may be delivered directly to the residence during your stay.

• Security Deposit: We may require a fully refundable security deposit to cover potential damages during your stay.

• No Unauthorized Pets: This property is pet friendly, but only upon prior approval with a non-refundable pet fee of $500 (per pet, per stay). This fee is used for steam cleaning only and does not cover any waste pickup or pet-related damages. To avoid any additional charges, please pick up after your pet and do not let them on furniture or in the pool. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.

• No Smoking: All of our properties have a non-smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine. 

• Occupancy Limit: We do not allow parties or events at this property, please respect occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.

• Check-In: We require ID verification prior to check-in. Please send a clear photo of the primary guest’s identification before arriving.

• Minimum Age Requirement: The city requires the signer to be at least 25 years of age.

San Simian
A superb property in an excellent location in downtown Palm Springs. The property manager, Nathan, was highly responsive, provided excellent suggestions for dining our first few nights. The WiFi did have problems providing enough speed to sustain two computers on zoom. Nathan was able to get a tech to us right away and the problem was resolved. We had a problem with the smart-home security iPad sounding an alarm which required troubleshooting during the middle of one of our zoom days. The faucet handles on two of the showers and the one bath tub fell off upon our first use. We declined using the other two showers for fear of the handles falling off on them. I am guessing they had already fallen off during a previous stay but had not been reported for fear of being charged by the managing company. In spite of these minor inconveniences, we would definitely stay at this property the next time we visit Palm Springs. Nathan’s responsiveness and genuine concern for our comfort more than made up for the inconveniences of having a tech person working while we were working on zoom.

Great Location!
The location is absolutely terrific. Step outside and you're in the middle of everything. Airport was 13 minutes away. The space is well decorated with quirky and fun themes throughout. Very 'Palm Springs'. There was one toilet that was clogged upon arrival and we were never able to 'unclog'. Also the glassware was pretty dirty and we didn't trust drinking out of it. Easy fixes, great stay.
