Large Village complex has shops, restaurants and bars. The Châteaux is the flagship building of the Village complex and sits mountainside with privacy and great views of peak 9. Great unobstructed views of the Quicksilver lift. It is a true ski in / out with Quiksilver lift less than 50 yards from the apartment. Ski school in complex. Located half a block from Mainstreet. You do not need a car and can walk to everything - Shops, Bars, restaurants, grocery store.

The Resort has newly Remodeled Health Club with new Precore Exercise Equipment, Shower/locker rooms and sauna/steam room, 5 hot tubs, year round indoor/outdoor pool, Kids Videeo Arcade and heated Garage. Professional child care services and video library in the complex. Heated garage in basement.

The Apartment has been redecorated and newly remodeled October 2009 with granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, new Hickory cabinets, new carpet, tile, Moen fixtures - total remodel from top to bottom! High end furnishings with 50'' Flat screen TV in Living room, 450 thread count luxury cotton sheets, Egyptian cotton towels, new window drapes and a fully stocked kitchen. TV and DVD player in every room with Free High Speed wireless Internet. Jacuzzi spa in main bath. Spacious 1300 Sq Feet living area providing plenty of seating with modern open floor plan allowing lots of light and sun all day. Comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. MB has king bed, second BR has a queen and twin bunk beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in Living room. Wood burning fireplace for the perfect mountain vacation. Ski school in complex and Ski classes meet right outside the building. You cannot get any closer to skiing than this! Avoid long lines in the restraunts and come home for hot chocolate/meal. Total luxury in the perfect location!

About The Owner

We are a family of four that loves to ski. Breckenridge is our favorite place to ski. Our kids learnt skiing in the world renowned Breckenridge Ski School. This is our vacation home. We also have a second home in Warriors Mark west in Breckenridge ( VRBO 272732 ) that is a 4 BR spacious home - perfect when we have family /friends vacationing with us.

Location Location Location!!!!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay. We wanted a location that was close to town, walking distance from all the attractions and ability to go hiking, biking and exploring - we got all that here! The condo is very clean, well kept and the master bathtub was amazing to use after a long day hike. Simi is so easy to work with available around the clock. I would definitely recommend for a great get-a-way!

Good location but encountered a lot of inconveniences and a huge needle sticking out of the bed!

When we arrived, the parking garage was unavailable for use due to construction, so once we figured out where we could park, unloaded everything and hauled it up the front stairs, it was over 1.5 hours later!!! There was rotten food left in the garbage disposal, so we had to air out the condo for 24 hours to get rid of the awful smell. The blow dryer in the master bath doesn't work. Worst of all, we found a 5" needle sticking out of the master bed!!! (Owner we have a picture if you'd like it). It's a miracle it didn't stick anyone, including the three year old sleeping in the bed and the six month old we were constantly laying on the bed.

But condo is in a good location and nice enough.

The Village Breck Condos

This is our tenth year to stay in Breck. Over the years, we have found the Village Condos to be excellent because of value, location and amenities. This year there is a lot of construction going on, but this particularly condo is in the building farthest from the construction/noise. It is well-sized for a family. The extra powder bath is always a plus as is having a washer/dryer in the condo.

Close to Main Street shops and restaurants.

A nice cozy place to relax and unwind. The photos do make the condo look larger. Currently there is a lot of construction in The Village Complexes which obstruct some of the view, but nothing too disruptive. The cleaning crew or management company that services the condo could use some constructive criticism on what should be cleaned more often to keep the condo in better shape. The washer and dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refridgerator all work great. We never needed the air conditioner during our August stay. The owner sent clear direction, but we were still slightly challenged with all the round abouts, however it was our first trip. We loved being there in the cooler summer weather. I searched many condos and it was a much better deal with Simi rather than other options in the same complex. I am sure it is super busy in the winter ski months, but still a great place to stay and visit in the summer. Peak 8 has a family fun park with a free gondola ride up the peak to get there. Horseback riding was just a hop, skip, and jump away. You will still be spending your money on these activities, but we made great memories with our 21 year old and our 9 year old!

Great location, well-appoonted, beautiful condo!

We have stayed here three times now and continue to truly enjoy the condo. Working with Simi is seamless, and we appreciate her willingness to answer questions and communicate with us. The condo is comfortable, beautiful, and in a fantastic location with great parking. It's truly a home away from home!

Car: not necessary

We are at the base of Peak 9. We are 50 yards from from the Quick Silver liftand half a block to Main Street. This is the BEST LOCATION in town. In town and on the slope - you cannot get any closer to skiing than this! It is a true ski in[out property. Our condo faces the slopes and provides excellent views of the mountain and the skiers.
