Cute cabin in the woods. I think it would be small for more than 2 people. But the kitchen was well stocked and the living space was comfortable. Hot tub is a little older but it works good. We enjoyed our stay and the location was great for our daily treks to local wineries.

A great hideaway deep in the woods for those who what lots of privacy. Comfortable and as advertised. The setting & parking was great. And the hot tub wonderful.Some maintenance issues should be addressed. There was a slight smell of mold from the carpets, both screen doors really didn’t fit, the back door was hard to open because it scraped across the kitchen floor, water pressure was weak at times, & only one of the Alexia speakers (left side)was working.

This stay in the woods was exactly what we were looking for on our anniversary date. A quiet getaway where the super cozy cabin was clean and welcoming and the hot tub under the stars was the icing on the cake. Communication was great with the host and we will definitely be booking again in the future!

Great gateway

It's a great, out-of-the-way spot, but it's easy to get to wineries and shopping. Sit in the hot tub and watch the deer and birds. It's a tranquil and private spot.

Cozy Cabin

Cabin is roomy and looks just like the photos. We had a couple of questions when we arrived, and Joy responded right away. We enjoyed our stay.

A lovely little cabin in the woods. Beautiful spot to enjoy the serenity of the west side of Paso Robles. One bedroom is a loft above the kitchen and the other is a folding door off the living room. We had a small issue with the heater but Joy was very responsive and was able to fix it while we were at dinner. Joy was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Watch sunrise in the hot tub and seeing the deer walk on the property was the absolute highlight of our stay.

The small house was perfect for the two of us. We were in the woods, quiet, peaceful, deer and squirrels walking by all the time. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Overall very comfortable. We ran into an internet issue, however our property manager fixed it right away. Excellent support.

Nice Cabin in the Woods

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It is off the beaten path so very quite and relaxing. The house is cute and the hot tub is a nice bonus. Sitting in the hot tub watching the stars. No light pollution out here. So that is the good and bad. If you want to run into town for dinner it is a little drive.

Remote hideaway

Love how remote this property is with its abundant wildlife. I cook, so the bbq and fully stocked kitchen was nice to have. We ate on the patio, it was beautiful with our deer friends. We would definitely come back and also recommend to family and friends.

Great location, peaceful stay

Very peaceful, secluded spot. House is comfortable, bright and clean (except for a few spiders and dust here and there, but I get it. It's part of the location). It's close to several great wineries. Joy was a great host. Very responsive.

Very remote and needs updates to basic systems

This is a remote cabin at the very end of a gravel road. No other inhabited residences for a ways so when nightfall comes it’s QUIET. For some this might be great but given the state of the property we found it somewhat unsettling. The electrical needs an update as we kept having shorts when we ran hot tub and AC unit etc.,. The surrounding buildings are unused or degrading. the “ranch” is no longer functioning - no people or domestic animals living on the grounds. Add it all up and we simply had to leave early as we couldn’t ever get comfortable there. Only good thing was that Paso Robles overall is a beautiful area and we enjoyed the region.

The peace and quiet of this home combined with a location that is close to many wineries is what draws many people. Typically our guests enjoy getting away from city life and like to relax amongst the trees and perhaps see some deer or rabbits. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay as much as you expected. Thank you for letting us know about the issues you experienced with running the spa and air conditioning at the same time. We will have that addressed by an electrician.
