Amazing location, house is stunning. Outdoor space was serene and so beautifully done. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Host was super responsive. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing location… easy walk up to the chapel and close to adventures in Sedona… highly recommend this home… it was quiet and everything you can need for a weekend trip. Wish we could have stayed longer. Unfortunately for us the hot tub wasn’t working the first night and we didn’t know we had to pay extra to have the pool heated until the day of arrival… our timing wasn’t good as Sedona had heavy rains the few days before so they were still pumping water out of the pool cover and the pool wasn’t ready that first night. But regardless, it was a good trip. Do wish we had a pass on at least one day of usage on pool/hot tub since we had to wait to use them… overall good experience… enjoy!

Hi Kimberly, You and your team were great guests! We are truly sorry that you had some disappointments. The pool heating charges are specified in the listing itself. Also, the pool is always ready to use. The pump sits on top of the cover and removes any water that accumulates on the top of the cover. If you want to use the pool, then you just remove the vacuum and uncover the pool. If there was still too much water on the cover, then we would have sent someone out to clear it for you had we been aware of it. We have a team of people locally who can get to the house very quickly. It was truly unfortunate that our hot tub, which was only 2 years old, started leaking. We have replaced that and have a brand new hot tub functioning without any issues! We hope to host you again some day.

Immaculate

The home is super unique and was immaculate. Really nice place to use as home base for a few days while exploring Sedona. Walking to the chapel was a plus!

Lovely house but a few issues. The pool area is Not a Private space. There is only a partial fence & people walking on the street/ sidewalk can see into the pool area. The backyard is a separate space & it is private. The listing was misleading. The hot tub was broken so we could not use it. The dryer in house didn’t work and I needed to contact the property manager. In response, he opened the locked garage to let me use the other clothes dryer. On arrival the coffee maker flashed “Cleaning needed”. We didn’t feel like cleaning their machine so we made filter coffee instead. Lastly, there seem to be “No-see-um” bugs in the yard/ pool area and we were chewed alive. Despite these issues, the house & landscaping are lovely it is located near some great hiking trails.

Excellent Views

This house is even better in person than online. The views were incredible and it was a leisurely ten minute walk from the front door to the cathedral. The house was clean, the back yard was excellent, and the host was very responsive with the one question we had. We will not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Sedona.

Sedona Gem

House and property landscaping is gorgeous! Roger was very responsive and great to deal with. Location is very private and quiet, but close to town/attractions. This was my third trip to Sedona, and the accommodations were by far the best I've experienced thus far. I would highly recommend this place for your trip to Sedona!
