Welcome to Our Modern 1-Bedroom Suite in Royal Bay!
Relax in this bright and spacious 710 sq. ft. self-contained, legally approved suiteâjust a 3-minute drive from The Beachlands in the picturesque seaside community of Royal Bay, Colwood. Only 25 minute drive from downtown Victoria during Off-peak hours.
Enjoy a cozy bedroom, a dedicated workstation, fast Wi-Fi, and complimentary access to NHL Centre Ice and the Golf Channelâperfect for both work and relaxation. The suite also includes a Modern Fully Equipped Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room, and in-suite Laundry, making it ideal for up to 3 guests.
The east-facing suite spans the entire walk-out level of our contemporary home and features 7 large windows that fill the space with natural light each morning.
Quiet Comfort in a Beautiful Location
Our family of three adults (myself, my husband, and our adult son) lives upstairs. We do not have pets and do not allow them in the suite. Weâre committed to creating a quiet, respectful environment where you can truly relax. The neighborhood is peaceful and safeâhome to friendly families and retirees.
Downtown Victoria is just a 25-minute drive away (Off-peak), while local shops, cafés, and restaurants in Colwood and Langford are just 8 minutes by car. Royal Roads University is also a quick 9-minute drive.
Easy Access & Parking
Parking is available on the right side of our private driveway. To reach the suite, simply open the gate and walk down a gently sloped pathâit takes only about 15 seconds to reach your private entrance, which features a convenient keypad for self-check-in.
Guest Access
Youâll have exclusive use of the entire walk-out suite, including:
A private bedroom with a queen bed and large closet and drawer
A cozy living room with a futon sofa bed (ideal for one child; 5'10" long)
A full bathroom with toiletries provided
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances
In-suite laundry facilities
A fenced backyard, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation
