Ce condo magnifiquement rénové est idéalement situé entre Vail et le village de Lionshead et se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la télécabine Eagle Bahn, de l’école de sports d'hiver Vail Resorts et de la billetterie Lionshead. Lionshead Village propose des restaurants raffinés, des bars, une vie nocturne animée, des restaurants pour toute la famille et les meilleurs magasins et boutiques de Vail. Un espace de stationnement extérieur est disponible avec cet appareil, mais vous n’avez pas besoin de voiture si vous pouvez profiter du bus gratuit en ville pour vous rendre à Vail, à Lionshead ou à Golden Peak.

Vous serez enchanté par le décor montagnard moderne dans toute la maison et profiterez de l'aménagement, en trouvant le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine comme un espace ouvert. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une cheminée à bois, tandis que la table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et offre une vue imprenable sur la montagne. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et comprend un bar pour 4 personnes pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. Dîner est donc un plaisir dans cette maison de vacances.

Une fois la journée terminée, retirez-vous dans la chambre principale dotée d'un lit king-size ou d'une chambre 2 avec deux lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat et ont accès à des salles de bains séparées à quelques pas de leurs portes.

Ce charmant condo peut accueillir 4 à 3 lits confortablement. S'il vous plaît noter que cette unité est sur le deuxième niveau avec un accès d'escalier seulement. La plupart des résidences de montagne, y compris cette propriété, ne disposent pas de la climatisation. Des ventilateurs sont fournis à la maison pour votre confort.

My Son and I stayed during his spring break in late Feb,2026. This place was very clean and pictures are accurate. We had 2 full baths which was great and full kitchen which made it easy to have breakfast and get on the slopes. I would also add the mgmt company was great. I had information before, during and after. I also used text messaging a few times as i didn't know how the lock worked. Responsiveness was near real time...Overall great place, in walking distance to the village and lions so great location. Ideal for 2-4 Adults.

Fantastic location. The place could definitely use a deep cleaning as the carpets in the bedrooms were dirty and stained. The mattress in the king bed was also very hard and firm which was slightly uncomfortable but the views and the location made up for the two points that need attention.

Wonderful Location

This is the second time we have stayed in this location. Easy access to town bus to get you to the slopes within 3 minutes and easy walk to Village or Lionshead without ski boots. Owner/manager was super communicative. Would definitely stay here again
