This property is extremely cozy and very easy to get to. Love how it is centrally located to so many attractions of things to do as well as great places to eat. Would highly recommend as a perfect place to stay for a great getaway.
The room was warm and inviting. It has a small sitting area that is very comfortable. It is great for reading or watching TV. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. One is only a few minutes drive from downtown Ashville and restaurants. It was the perfect getaway for a birthday celebration.
This property should definitely be on your bucket list when visiting Asheville! Private suite with bathroom and living area. We loved being able to retreat back to this space each evening. Highly recommend! We’ll be back soon!!

About the host

Dad was in the military so my brother Mark and I grew up all over the US and in Greece and Japan. Asheville is a unique place as many will tell you. I have been drawn to this area since I went to camp here of a kid. I came back in 2004 because I love the deep piney woods and the fact that I have seasons but better weather than New England... warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. I'm a hiker and a foodie and I love making recommendations to guests. Also, I have great recommendations for what to do on a rainy day.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is very quiet, yet close to everything. On the low traffic side of town. Easy to get to downtown, West Asheville, Biltmore Estate and all the hiking south of us that is big waterfalls and big views. The Smokies are just an hour away.
What makes this property unique
The peaceful studio is perfect for a couple or friends who want to relax in a cozy space but spend a lot of time enjoying Asheville and the surrounding area. Most of our guests come for a long weekend to hit the music, food, beer & cider and outdoor scenes. Sometimes for weddings or to see family in the area.
