Welcome to The Bannister Cottage on Lake Hartwell! This inviting vacation home feels like you’ve stepped into a dear friend’s welcoming retreat, rather than a typical rental. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage is ideal for couples and families alike. The layout offers privacy, with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the two additional bedrooms located on the opposite side, separated by the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Cozy up by the gas fireplace on cooler nights or enjoy evenings grilling, dining, and relaxing on the back screened-in porch.

Take in the fabulous views of Lake Hartwell, situated in a peaceful private cove free from boat traffic and waves. Spend sunny days lounging on the covered dock while the kids swim and play, or hop on a boat for a relaxing ride. With 12 feet of deep water at the dock’s end, it’s perfect for lake activities.

Don’t have your own boat or jet skis? Rentals are available locally to enhance your time on the lake. Enjoy two kayaks provided for your use, perfect for exploring the serene waters.
