We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The unit was very clean. The hosts provided all of the essentials in the kitchen, plenty of bath towels and the Super Nintendo was fun for the kids. The location was perfect for exploring the North Conway area/Storyland. Would stay again!

Everything was good except an additional cleaning charge of 100. We left the place spotless and still got charged. Other than that it was great.

We do not typically need to pass through any additional cleaning fees above what is collected during the booking. But upon arriving at the unit, our cleaner (whom we trust implicitly) showed us evidence of dry cereal left all over the unit (including in the toilet), overused linens/stained quilts and major stains in the fridge, among other issues. The $100 was for the added time dedicated to extra loads of laundry and cleaning above the usual amount of time.
