The perfect escape for any season, this home is conveniently located close to endless outdoor recreation, including skiing, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and great golf. Completed in 2022, the home boasts brand-new construction and comes fully furnished for modern mountain living. Your four-legged friends will love stretching out in the fenced yard while you and your guests kick back on the raised patio while sipping coffee or cocktails and soaking in the mountain views. A gas grill and firepit set the stage for all-day leisure.

The Cataloochee Ski Area is only 15 miles away. You'll have your choice of nearby golf courses, including Laurel Ridge Country Club (2.8 mi.), Lake Junaluska Golf Course (3.8 mi.), Maggie Valley Club (7.6 mi.), and Sequoyah National Golf Club (28.8 mi.). Lake Junaluska offers a leisurely, 5k stroll around its shoreline, or you can set out to explore one of the many scenic hikes in the area like Cold Mountain (17.8 mi.), Waterrock Knob (15.1 mi.), or anything in the Great Smoky Mountains. The Nantahala River Gorge is a haven for whitewater rafting excursions. Asheville attractions are also just a short drive from the home.
