Guest house in quiet tranquil residential neighborhood. Walking distance to several restaurants and close driving distance to many more. Less than 5 miles from Clearwater Beach.Within a 10 minute drive, see what Clearwater has to offer. including parks, shopping, and downtown area with concerts and nightlife. Each bedroom contains a separate mini split AC unit so temperatures can be individually set. WI-FI and TV in all bedrooms.

Home contains 3 bedrooms, 2 baths that sleeps 6, with an open living/dining area. Vaulted ceilings with skylights bring in plenty of natural light. WI-FI and TV in all bedrooms. Main bathroom has a jetted tub. En-suite has a walk-in shower. Mature oak tree covered lot provides plenty of shade from the Florida sun. Two car driveway with security lights.

Spring Break

The host was nice and communicated well. One side of the house is being lived in which is strange. The WiFi was a on and off issue. About a 22min drive during busy times.

Thanks so much for staying with us. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced using the WiFi. There was an issue with our provider which is out of our control. Additionally the property is a lock out mother/daughter and has an attached studio apartment in the back with a separate entrance. It is a completely separate addition separated by an exterior wall and both an exterior and interior door. I live there when I am in town and have guests. During off peak times the house is 9 minutes from the beach. Hitting traffic during peak hours in the middle of Spring break is to be expected. We appreciate your feedback.

Spring Break '24

At the last minute, my 2 college aged daughters and I decided to head to Clear Water, FL. Pacifico Blu Guest House was exactly as it was pictured and while not at the beach, it was a quick 10-15 min drive (4.5 miles). Super easy. There is an awesome temper pedic bed in the master and the individual A/C units in each room is a bonus. Communication was great with the host. Answered all my questions within minutes. Thank you!
