Beautiful sunset

Perfect private location just minutes away from SGI. We enjoyed fishing in the Eastpoint Bay and playing outdoor games in the beautiful lot. The sunsets are fantastic. Parking at SGI is easy with just steps to the beach. Beautiful beach without the crowds.

Property was as described online , place was clean and had everything we needed . Owner responded to our questions within a reasonable time . Everything was easy to figure out and we have zero complaints and had no problems during our stay

East Point Property

Property was as expected from VRBO description. Several things owner should provide. Booklet that explains how to use the television system that is provided. What can and connot be accessed. Alexa may or may not control some things in the house. Could not find how to watch thanksgiving day football games and finally had to just stream the games to my cell phone. Password for internet was not provided so host had to contact owner. Would also suggest owner invest in some new and more functional seating for the outside deck in back. Also a hand railing on outside steps at side entrance. Would be helpful to senior guests with mobility issues. Other than these few suggestions there were no disappointments with our stay. All needed kitchen supplies were provided.

As Good As IT GETS

The home was extremely clean, an well taken care of , quiet an privacy couldn’t have been better, close to all the forgotten coast has to offer. We will definitely be staying here gain . Over looking the bay is relaxing and tranquil. Watching the squirrels an butterflies, fish jumping in the bay what gift of Gods creation. Didn’t want to leave . The Host Andrew was incredible.Thanks so much..

Like listed older home has had some upgrades fabulous view of bay great yard Minutes away from swimming shopping and great food Needs a dock so you could enjoy fishing and crabbing very heavy vegetation at entrance to lot
