With its impressive 10 bedrooms, each featuring it's own en-suite, every guest is treated to unrivaled comfort, convenience, and privacy. Our concierge services, including grocery delivery, a personal chef, yoga sessions, a masseuse, and fishing charters, are available upon request.

For pet lovers, this home accommodates two dogs weighing less than 50 lbs, subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (larger pets may be considered with prior approval). The Florida Keys offer several dog-friendly attractions, including Coco Plum Beach, Marathon Dog Park, and The Dolphin Research Center. Should you not be traveling with a pet, kindly inform us, and we will adjust the charge accordingly.

Booking Policies:

Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.

Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.

Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.

Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:
– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

Amazing Getaway!

There was more than enough room for all 22 of us to gather together in the common areas or spread out when we wanted some quiet time. The beds were very comfortable, and all the amenities made it easy to entertain ourselves. The few minor issues we had were handled efficiently by the property manager. They were easy to work with and quick to respond. We couldn't imagine a better place for a getaway with friends and family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was great and fit our needs. We had a nice time with family and family friends. Not every rental has a bed and a private bath in the room - Bumpa's did and it was great. We had a lot of room for our group of 14 to 18 people to move around. The only grandchild with us was either in the pool or doing laps around the kitchen island. It was a luxury for sure and most likely a one-of-a-kind experience.

Bumpa’s Big House did not disappoint! The pool was a huge hit (minus the smell from the area due to the seaweed that blows in during the summer). We had plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect!

We stayed as a group of 17 (8 adults and 9 kids, ages 8 to 78) and our accommodations were everything we needed and more. The photos of the outdoor space are accurate, but they don’t fully capture how large the pool and hot tub really are. The design of the entire property is so well thought out.The pool area has both sun and shade, plenty of room to spread out and relax, fans everywhere to keep bugs away, a refrigerator on the main floor for drinks, and an incredible industrial ice machine that kept all our coolers full. The grills and Blackstone were perfect — we ended up eating dinner in every night, which gave us even more family time together. This was our first trip in 19 years where we didn’t even go out for putt-putt — we were so content to stay in!Inside, the house is beautiful and comfortable, with 10 suites that easily accommodated everyone. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with two stoves, two microwaves, two coffee stations, and two dishwashers, which made preparing meals quick and easy. The laundry room was next-level for a big group — six washers and dryers and plenty of beach towels meant we were never without fresh, clean clothes and linens. WOW!For our early risers, the sunrise views were incredible, and one of our favorite moments was watching all nine grandkids lined up along the beautiful wood balcony off the kitchen, laughing and eating dinner together while enjoying the sunset.The rental company was fantastic — helpful from booking to check-out, offering local suggestions and checking in throughout the week to make sure everything was perfect. Every detail of this home feels thoughtfully planned to make your stay amazing.We’ve rented some beautiful homes over the years, but this was by far our favorite!

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a planned vacation with our 6 kids, their significant others, and one grandchild. We also included my nephew with his 2 kids and signicant others. Also brought a cousin and his wife and my wife's parents. We chose this house because we wanted everyone to have a space and for a large outdoor area knowing that the Keys during the summer will bring rain. The outdoor space is what sold me on Bumpa's Big House and it did not disappoint. If people weren't in the pool/hot tub, they were putting on the green or just lounging under the exansive covered area. The main kitchen with its 2 set of dishwashers, microwaves, and stoves making cooking a breeze for a group of 19. The 3 sets of washers and dryers made it a breeze to wash all of the towels on an every day basis. The commercial ice machine was extremely nice, because I can't even begin to think what it would've cost for us to ice coolers down every day. Management constantly stays in touch to help you with your stay and is extremely helpful if you have an issue. We did have an issue one evening and it was resolved the next day. Mallory is super nice and helpful and is an asset to this property! Also - not listed as an amenity, but there is a pack and play on both living floors so there is no need to bring one for your infant/toddler. We loved the location with its proximity to EVERYTHING. The only drawback (and this happens in the Keys in the summer months) is the sargassum weed that builds on the Atlantic side of Keys. This year was especially bad making Sombrero Beach unusable for us. However, we just took a quick trip to Bahia Honda. Unfortunately the canal is not very pretty water but if you are bringing your boat, it serves as a very quick trip out into the blue waters you expect in the Keys. We love this house and hope to stay again - but the kids have pay next time!

17 person family celebrated mother/grandma’s 80 birthday.

We had an amazing time with our 17 person group with ages 10-80 years old. The property was perfect for us and recommendations from Mallory were great. Highly recommend renting bikes, doing a fishing charter and snorkeling.

Amazing!!!

This property is incredible!!! It was perfect for our large group (8 adults and 7 teenage boys). Everyone had their own space. We loved all of the outdoor sitting areas. The company was so easy and kind to work with and responded to our minor issues quickly. It is truly a wonderful rental for a large group.

There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other- really appreciated the comfy king beds. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils and the duplicate appliances made meals much easier. Best VRBO to date!

A wonderful time with our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 19 persons had a delightful time at Bumpas's Big House in Marathon Key. The house was spacious enough that we had great room for together and alone time. We enjoyed time for pool volleyball, hot tub relaxation, watching sports on the many large screen TVs and making great family meals in the well equipped kitchen. A special treat was an up close and personal visit from three manatees who enjoyed being sprayed with fresh water from the dockside hose. The location was excellent and allowed easy access to fishing, snorkeling and parasailing sites. Additionally we were able to have great visits to Florida State Parks in the Keys. When we had any concerns, which were few, they were quickly and effectively addressed by the property managers. We have already recommended it to friends and will do so again as we have the opportunity.

Beautiful Home!

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had a few things that needed looking into and the property management team was very responsive and accommodating with us. You truly can't get a more perfect location. Being right next to Publix and right down the street from the beach was so nice. We also had the best canal for the boat, easy ocean access and yet a very calm canal. The fishing off the dock was also really great! We highly recommend this house and hope to rent it again next year! We have been coming to the keys for 16 years annually and I have never once felt the need to rent the same house again, I'm always looking for the next amazing home, but this time I think we found it!

The house had everything you could possibly need. The pool was great, and the fishing from the dock was great too. We even had a manatee family visit us more than once! The customers service was equally as good! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house. The location is perfect!

Bumpa thought of everything for a large family: 4 full size refrigerators (two on the upper living room/kitchen level, one on the mid level bedroom/kitchenette area, and an outdoor one for the pool and boat drinks on the main floor); 3 washer/dryer frontloaders (that's 3 front load washers and 3 front load dryers y'all!) for the constant laundry and towels needed when swimming and boating (even a large drying rack for hang-drying all those swim suits); a huge commercial ice maker so we didn't have to stop at bait shops or run to the store every day for bags of ice to fill the boat and the coolers; the main kitchen has two of everything (coffee makers, toasters, ovens, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers); enough glassware and dishes for an army; a huge pantry for storing food for a crowd... I mean seriously awesome. The boat dock is amazing, with filleting table and hose right there for boat and fish cleaning. The kids never got out of the pool, so awesome, and the shuffle board and putt putt was hours of entertainment. The only thing I could even think to suggest would be a new hose by the boat (it kinks really easily which is a pain when washing the boat) and additional pool towels (there were enough for our group of 10, but if the house was filled to capacity there wouldn't be enough. We had the best time in this home, the management company was extremely kind and accommodating, and we will absolutely be back to stay as soon as we can!

Great Vacation

The house was amazing. 11 bedrooms - everyone had their own space, TV and bathroom and loved it. Lots of stairs but manageable. Great amenities, the host pretty much thought of everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pool was fabulous from the lounging area to the main swimming area into the hot tub the size of a standard pool. Lights at night and the sitting area surrounding made the experience wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone with a large group.

This house is absolutely incredible!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a difficult time finding a vacation home that will accommodate our large family. This house is incredible! Each floor has its own refrigerator, the main floor has two. There are multiple washer and dryers, and a commercial ice maker. All of the beds are super comfortable, kitchen is stocked with utensils, the pool is incredible, location is great. We loved everything about this place! Sparky’s was our favorite restaurant. We rented a pontoon for the week and did a ton of exploring. I highly recommend this house!

Beautiful House!

We had 15 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of room for us all. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. There is a large, well stocked kitchen on the top floor. There were lot's of stairs but even my 85 year old mom decided it kept us all in shape during the week. Everyone loved the pools and the kids fished all day. We would highly recommend this house and we are planning our next stay here.

What a GREAT time!

We had a wonderful time here... the home and rooms are clean, comfortable, and have plenty of furniture around for gatherings. The boat slip was perfect for the jetskis, and located right at the mouth of the canal for easy access. All of the amenities with the pool/ games kept everyone cool and entertained all day. The location was ideal, with the big grocery store just up the road, and the beach a few blocks away. Having multiple appliances isn't something you think about until you have a large group... but even that was nice to have. My family really enjoyed the place. Only thing if im being petty.... come on, get another grill, the 3 there are junk.
