A spectacular second-floor beachfront condo offers breathtaking views of the ocean. The beach is steps away so take your morning cup of coffee on the beach as you watch the inspiring sunrise and listen to the soothing sound of the waves. Conveniently close to shops, grocery market, restaurants, and Coconut Coast. The condo is centrally located in Kauai's eclectic town of Kapa'a making it easy to visit the North and West side of the island.

A spectacular beachfront condo offers breathtaking views of the ocean and is centrally located in the popular Kauai nostalgic town of Kapa’a. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 full and a 1/2 bath allowing extra space to freshen up. For your convenience and comfort, the condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and air conditioning, free WiFi, cable and smart TV. Complete with beach chairs, umbrella, and towels so you are ready to hit the beach upon arrival. Good thing the beach is steps from the condo. You will love taking your morning cup of coffee on the beach as you watch the inspiring sunrise and listen to the soothing sound of the waves.

The condo shares a common door with the next door studio. For security and privacy, the door is locked with a double side (cylinder) deadbolt so it can't be opened from both sides.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. We loved seeing the ocean view from pretty much everywhere in the condo, watching the sunrise each morning and its proximity to shopping and everything we needed for our stay. The owners and manager were very responsive to our needs. We had just the right amount of space for two adults and two kids. A plus for our kids was the pool and other children to play with in the condo complex. A great time was had by all.

We have stayed at a lot of places on Kauai over the last 7 years. This one is a 10/10! The view, the elevator, and well equipped. Although we did not use any of the beach stuff I could tell there was everything you would need and good stuff. Kitchen was well equipped. We will be back.

Air conditioning was a big plus in the bedroom and living room. There are restaurants and grocery store as well as other shops within walking distance. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking our meals and making our stay enjoyable. The host checked in with me via email when we arrived to see if check in went smooth and if anything was needed. Also has a beautiful view!

The condo was clean and in a great location. Thank you for having AC! Well equipped with beach gear and beach towels which was very helpful. The welcome chocolate and cookies was a lovely surprise!

A wonderful place!

This place was wonderful! It had all the amenities we needed. Loved the washer and dryer, and the half bathroom was a definite plus. The A/C was cold, but all we really needed were the ceiling fans. Beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and lanai. Great central location, only a short drive to the north and south. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was convenient to everything from restaurants and sites to walking trail along the beachfront. The accommodations were just as we expected. The provided amenities were great. Probably the best thing about this location was that we could get to the beach in less than 100 steps, and the sunrise can be observed from the balcony. We used the grill one night- that was a nice feature too. We loved everything about this location. We would refer friends and family, and would definitely rebook

Nice ocean view in Oceanside building. Relaxing.

This condo group is smaller and really relaxing. Beach is still gone, but returning after major storm. The tide pools are fun to explore. Midway on east coast bike/walk trail that can take you South to Lydgate Park, or north past Kapaa.Watch for whales way deep on drop off. Many Kapaa shops and food truck walking North.Pool was heated warm enough. Good AC in this unit. Building has an elevator! For moving in and out. Thank you Sheila for providing a clean unit and being so responsive to requests.

Great location

Great location to all Island ads in the middle of going each direction and for viewing ocean from Lanai and access to ocean. First time renting a condo. It was on the second floor. Ceilings super thin. Could hear all footsteps upstairs. Night owls. Property as pictured, older property, Could use a good coat of paint. Otherwise comfortable beds, great kitchen area, perfect size for two people, excellent manager to work with as answered all questions immediately.

The condo was fully outfitted (beach items, kitchen, etc.) and very comfortable. The best part was relaxing on the patio with the beautiful view of the ocean. Beds were comfy. A/C was a bonus on days that were a bit humid. The host was good about contacting us and being responsive. We would definitely stay here again when in Kauai.

We love Kapa'a being centrally located in Kauai. It makes visiting the north shore and the west canyon a easy drive to and from Kapa'a. Being on the eastern side of Kauai, we have the most beautiful sunrises that will take your breath away. Kapa'a is full of life and the cultural vibe is one that can only be found in Kapa'a.

Our condo is on the beach with views of the oceanfront pool and the blue Pacific ocean. Listen to the soothing sounds of the wave as it calms you and feel the gentle breezes from the trade winds brushing through your hair. We love having our morning coffee on the beach and enjoying the sunrises.
