This new spacious 5 bedroom apartment is fully equipped and newly furnished. All of the furniture and interior has been carefully chosen to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The apartment is newly built, measuring 170 m², with marble floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, big 75" screen TV along with 3 additional TVs in the bedrooms. There are two balconies with floor to ceiling windows, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. Each balcony is fitted with comfortable patio furniture making for a pleasurable atmosphere for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine. We are located on the garden floor which has a beautiful view of nature. We are also in close proximity to the reception area and lobby as well as the parking garage making it simple to move about the complex.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary appliances. Each bedroom has a new bed and linen. Each bathroom has towels, body wash, hand soap, hair dryers, and other essential items.
