Quiet Waters - Lots of new updates! New furniture, bathrooms and more! One of the most popular buildings on the Intracoastal waterway. ... This complex is centrally located between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach on beautiful Indian Shores directly across the street from the beach with a private beach access. The unit has great views of the Intracoastal from the living room & Master Bedroom. There is a heated Pool & Jacuzzi. Fully equipped with everything you will need, Just bring your personal items to complete your vacation. There are 2 full size beds in the Master Bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom. The Kitchen is a fully equipped for cooking family meals . This unit comes with its own full size washer & dryer.

One assigned parking spot and a pass for guest parking that is first come first serve.

This was a great stay. The apartment was clean, safe and spacious. The balcony was a plus with a great view to the inner coastal. And we had our own beach entrance across the street. Walked to local restaurants, coffee shops and the pirate putt putt place with the kids. There was always plenty of parking and it was a quiet complex. Only issue we had was the pool and jacuzzi heaters were under construction so we couldn't use them, but they were switching from electric to gas so it wasn't the owners fault.

We would recommend Quiet Waters to anyone. The new updates to this condo are awesome. The only thing that is not a five stars are the beds. The mattresses are pretty hard. Everything else in the condo is great.

Best of both worlds

We loved staying in this condo! Across the street - yet steps away from the beach. The pool and hot tub on the inlet side is a beautiful quiet retreat.

Place was well supplied and exactly as described. We enjoyed views of the birds and dolphins and even manatees in the intracoastal waterway off the balcony. We highly recommend this unit and will return for sure.

Excellent Location!

This property was amazing. It was a short walk across the street to the beach. You could tell that the condo had been renovated. Very quiet area. The pool was never crowded. There are a couple of places to go within walking distance and lots of things to do with a short drive.

Wonderful vacation spot

I stayed here with my two daughters and it was fantastic! Perfect location, the new bathroom was impeccable, the view from the balcony was stunning. I could not find a single thing that I did not like about this place. Well, maybe some room darkening curtains would have been nice, but otherwise it was a dream!

Great place for families

Everything we needed was provided. Great location. Close to many attractions. The beach and fishing pier were awesome for breaks between other activities.

Winter stay

We enjoyed the unit and the area. There were a couple of good restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance. We very much enjoyed the beach and it was close. The unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having views of the sunset from the front balcony and the sunrise from the back balcony & living room. The pool and grill area out back were also very nice. This is the only unit I have ever stayed in that did not have a guide in the unit that did not have a guide that told you where things were - such as we had to look for the beach access and where to put trash. There was a general guide for all properties managed by the property manager but nothing specific to the unit. It appears that some areas of the unit have been upgraded but the master bath definitely needs to be remodeled as the kick plate on the cabinet has rotted from the inside out, the doors if the cabinet no longer hang even and the mirror is beyond its useful life. The kitchen has everything that we needed except there is not a good set of kitchen knives. There are a few knives in the butcher block but some of those are broken as the blades bend back when you try to use them. Overall it was a good value and I would recommend the unit.

The pool & hot tub were clean & wonderful to have. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock. It was truly a short walk to the beach with our own path! We will be back!

Make sure unit is cleaned prior to your arrival

Neutral-Nice complex & amenities, this unit not overly clean

Very nice complex with a nice pool and patio area (with gas grill and a corn hole area) and easy beach access across the road. This particular unit met our needs. The kitchen was not overly well stocked dishes wise. Living area was a good size. Both bedrooms were clean and larger than we expected; comfortable mattresses. Bathrooms were clean. Washer and dryer in unit. Overall cleanliness though was not impressive. Carpets are in need of a serious clean, kitchen cabinets interior were kinda grimy, most dishes had to be washed before used. We did notice the sliding door wouldn't lock upon arrival and they sent some one first thing the following morning. Easy communication with Seaside Property Shoppe. If you are planning to come here you need to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper (if staying several days). There were no washcloths, only towels and hand towels. Would be nice to see these things provided along with more dishwasher tablets. Beach was not a busy area. We liked that the unit is away from shops and restaurants directly but they're within a 2-3 mile radius. We would stay here again if the unit had a good deep clean, cleanliness was the only disappointment.
