Very popular Beach Cottage II Condominium located directly on the Beach in Indian Shores! This is a very family oriented building located on a beautiful beach and offers a large heated swimming pool and miles of gorgeous beach. Updated kitchen and comfortable living room furniture with a TV & DVD player and a wireless internet connection. Each bedroom has a Queen & a Twin bed. This unit has 3 balconies. There is a heated pool, jacuzzi & BBQ Grills down by the pool and expansive deck area. Close to many great restaurants! One assigned parking spot and one guest parking pass provided.

Spring Break

Love Beach Cottages!!! We have stayed in this complex for over 15 years. Great location and beach. Management was quick to respond to the one issue we had. Wish the unit came with more beach supplies though.

The condo was perfect plenty of everything. The porches were awesome and plenty of beach equipment. The pool and beach were beautiful.

The only disappointment was the beach equipment available for use- chairs were falling apart and umbrella had a tear on top. Would still consider a repeat visit in the future for a quiet and peaceful vacation.

Beach Cottage II #2501

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have rented a unit at the Beach Cottage II property. The key pick up experience was perfectly executed and the property itself was well maintained as always. The only minor issue was that the hot tub was "hot" the first day then cold for the balance of the week. Unit 2501 although functional was in need of some upgrades especially the guest bathroom. Some small appliances that were not in working order still remained on premise and needed to be replaced. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and needs to be attended to. To summarize the unit is a little tired and needs some TLC. The last question on survey, I would recommend the property however not unit 2501.

It’s not the most cosmetically updated condo but we didn’t care about that! Beds were comfy! I would suggest adding a TV in the second bedroom we didn’t realize the kids wouldn’t have one.
