Welcome to our Tahoe Donner retreat! This pet-friendly 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom cabin is well-equipped and perfectly located for skiing, cross-country, hiking, boating, and more Tahoe adventures. Located in Tahoe Donner's resort neighborhood with guest access to pools, saunas, hot tub, gym, and other amenities. Including the unofficial bedroom (no closet) we have 4 bedrooms and 7 beds between 3 levels, with 3 full bathrooms, making the home ideal for a larger family, 2-4 family groups, and retreats. We're allowed up to 8 guests (plus 5 additional children under 7 years old).

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy a standard holiday meal.
There is plenty of counter space and barstool / breakfast bar seating for 4, in addition to seating for 6 at the dining table.
BEDROOMS:
The home sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably between 4 bedrooms and a loft. Each sleeping arrangement includes professionally washed textiles, with pressed sheets. Towels staged nicely on beds. Additional towels in each bathroom.
Bedroom 1 (main / middle level): The primary suite includes a King bed
Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (upper level): twin-over-full bunk bed
Bedroom 4 (entry level / pool table room): Two queen Murphy beds
Loft (upper level): work desk and double Murphy bed
Note: bedroom 3 / the bunk room doesn't have a closet, so it's not an official bedroom, but it works well as a bedroom. The kids love it!
BATHROOMS:
We have 3 full bathrooms, one on each level.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* We're allowed up to 8 guests (plus 5 additional children under 7 years old)
* 4 cars MAX - 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. Street parking isn't allowed, per the local ordenance.
* The hot tub hours ordenance are 8am-10pm, and it's not allowed to be used after 10pm.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
Guests agree to comply with Truckee and Tahoe Donner Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately). Visit Tahoe Donner's and Truckee’s site and see our listing for current ordinance and home rules, as these are incorporated into this agreement. GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE
We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk!
* Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public.
* Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases.
* Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected
* Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these.
* Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly.
* Staff Policy: Staff are instructed to wear PPE and face coverings while operating in homes, as appropriate , and are not to work if exhibiting symptoms.
* Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
