I have traveled numerous times to the area and fell in love with the Orlando area. The excitement of all the attractions and of course the Florida sunshine is what inspired me to seek a vacation home of which I have the pleasure of sharing with you. The location is peaceful and tranquil and away from the congestion of the city yet easily accessible to the parks and other tourist attractions. The location is suitable for nature walks as well and you will feel perfectly safe and my home as it is situated in a gated community.

Location, Location, Location
The location was perfect for our needs. Proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, Interstate 4 was ideal. Pool facility was delightful. The interior furnishings were top of the line. However, the only thing keeping me from giving a five-star rating was the mattress in the master bedroom; which seemed in need of replacement.

Well maintained apartment in a quiet complex about 30 mins from Disney, Seaworld, etc.
The apartment/condo is ground floor, it's in very good condition, is well furnished and has everything you could need for a week in Orlando visiting the parks. All appliances worked well - we particularly liked the large washer and drier machines and made good use of them!.
The complex is fairly quiet and although there were some young families with children, we mostly saw slightly older people there.
The clubhouse was not staffed, and there was no restaurant or café there, which I had assumed there would be. Wasn't a problem, but I would say it's not especially family-oriented, although the swimming pool area was very nice.
The owner Bruno was helpful in all respects, and has refunded our Damage Deposit promptly.
It is located about 12 miles south of the main Orlando parks, but traffic can be quite busy in the rush hour, so allow at least half an hour to get to them on a weekday morning. (It was quicker at weekends).
There is a very good supermarket (Publix) just up the road, along with some other shops, a McDonalds and a Papa Johns. We had to ask around a bit to get some restaurant recommendations - might be useful to provide a list of good eating places in the info file at the apartment, Bruno. We found a place called the Ale House that was OK - up by the Interstate - about 7-8 mins drive away.

Excellent Condo and private community
Everything was great in the Condo. Only comment is regarding the Grounds. We arrived after dark and the parking areas were poorly lit. Could use a few more light poles

Couldn’t have picked a better condo for a Disney vacation!!
Our family of 4, including 2 adult sons, stayed at Bruno’s condo for 6 days while visiting the Disney Parks. The condo was spotlessly clean, well equipped, quiet, safe and even lovelier that shown in the pictures! We have visited the Orlando area a number of times in the past to go to Disney, and this location was by far, the most convenient to the Parks, if you are staying offsite. Easy access, and minimal traffic. A large Publix grocery store was within a mile, plus excellent restaurants were within a 5 minute drive. Though we did not use the pool or hot tub (weather was too cool), the club facilities were impressive and included a gym . Bruno’s condo is totally accessible, being on the first floor. All in all, a perfect, spacious condo, that we would return to, and recommend, without hesitation. Thank you Bruno!

Our home is located in Loughman area of Davenport, Florida, 10 miles south of Celebration and 8 miles Southeast of Championsgate Golf Resort & straddles the town of Kissimmee border. The I-4 (Tampa Bay to Daytona Beach) Interstate is 2.6 miles from my home. I - 4 exit 58 will take you to my condo. It is situated in a quiet rural area in Loughman, just south of Kissimmee, however close enough to the all of Orlando's attractions and US-192 which has restaurants, shopping,outlets ,gift shops and leisure activities. My home's location is super convenient a Publix grocery store, Wachovia Bank, CVS pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts,7- eleven gas station ect. all within 5 minutes of the condo. Plenty of shopping is within a 10 minute drive off I-4. There is also a bounty of wonderful golf courses within an .5 hrs drive of my home including world- renowned courses such as Championsgate and Reunion Golf Resorts. My home is in a gated community, far enough out of the chaos of traffic and conjestion around Disney and 192 yet close enough that it is not out of the way. A white picket fence straddles both sides of the road leading to my condo adding to the elegance and ambiance that my home has to offer. The latest attraction Legoland is just a 20 minute drive south of my condo. Other Activities: Old Town at US 192 (15 minutes), Premium Outlets on International Drive(20 minutes), At the condo a Sand Volleyball Court, Fitness/Gym, Clubhouse with Arcade and Games Room. Golf & more Golf: Golfers are spoiled for choice with an abundance of championship golf courses that are in this region; ChampionsGate Golf Club with its World renowned David Leadbetter Golf Academy and its Greg Norman design golf course is close by. Florida is the golfer’s paradise with over 150 superb courses within an hours drive of our condo. Courses within minutes of our condo include Highlands Reserve, Ridgeway Lakes, Providence, Orange Lake, Legends and Mystic Dunes to name a few. The nearest golf range and practice putting green is at Providence which is less than 10 minutes away. For non golfers they have a large covered patio area over looking the driving range with a bar if a refreshing drink is in order.

All bookings will incur 75.00 US for cleaning. Payment is usually accepted in (US Dollar) and a secure payment can be made on this site using a credit card however I will accept paypal or an echeck. A paypal account is not required for payment. A bank draft or certified check in US funds may also be accepted. Consult with owner. A 25% us non-refundable deposit is due to hold your provisional booking if booking is not within 8 weeks of your arrival, otherwise the full rental amount and refundable damage deposit will be due upon booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 US is required in addition to the rental amount which will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure. Cancellation within 60 days (8 weeks) of arrival will regrettably result in loss of the whole booking fee except the refundable damage/security deposit. This is as per rental agreement. Quoted prices are subject to change.
